I take the time to get to know each couple, weaving their journey, values, and vision into a one-of-a-kind ceremony that feels personal, joyful, and deeply meaningful. Whether you're planning a luxury wedding, a multicultural celebration, or a heartfelt elopement, my goal is to make your ceremony the most memorable part of your day. Based in Chicago and available for travel, I bring warmth, professionalism, and a little magic to every celebration I’m lucky enough to officiate.

What sets me apart is how deeply personal I make each ceremony. I don’t use templates—every ceremony is custom-written from scratch, weaving in your story, personalities, humor, and heartfelt moments. As a former wedding photographer, I understand the flow of a wedding day from every angle. I support couples writing their own vows and offer coaching and scripts for friend or family officiants. My ceremonies are warm, inclusive, and always centered on you. I have extensive experience with multicultural, interfaith, and fusion weddings, and I’m a proud LGBTQ+ ally.

    Our Forever Incredible Ceremony!

    Our wedding day was truly magical, as we chose to elope with just a few close friends in attendance. Carla was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Her attention to detail and the way she thoughtfully used our survey responses helped her create the perfect ceremony—every timing, every moment, every word felt intentional and meaningful. It was clear that Carla is kind and deeply caring, and she has a true gift for making each ceremony reflect the couple’s unique story. She made sure every step of the day felt personal to us, and that meant everything. The planning process was also incredibly easy. Meeting with Carla online was seamless—she asked thoughtful questions, confirmed our hopes for the ceremony, and brought everything together beautifully.     No negative comments-negative comment

    We had a really disappointing experience with Forever Incredible Ceremonies. From our first contact, communication was unclear and hard to pin down—we often felt like we were chasing her for answers instead of the other way around. Upon requesting to terminate, our original invoice was manipulated to show “non refundable language” Carla blatantly tried to steal our money. Do not go with Carla

    Amazing!

    Carla took our 11-year relationship and turned it into a truly beautiful 30-minute ceremony.     Highly recommend hiring a professional!

    Perfect ceremony thanks to Forever Incredible

    The best decision I've ever made was to marry my husband. The second-best decision I've made was hiring Carla of Forever Incredible Ceremonies to be our officiant. Leading up to our wedding, she really took the time to get to know me and my husband and to learn about our love story. The ceremony she wrote for us was astoundingly personalized--her attention to detail is like no other. She offered beautiful & fitting suggestions when we didn't know where to begin with readings, had excellent ideas for a unity ceremony that was unique to our family, and customized the structure of the ceremony so it felt just like "us". We found her pricing to be right in line with our expectations. Carla's friendly and outgoing personality helped her to really connect with our guests, and the ceremony came across as relaxed and genuine--exactly the vibe were shooting for. We received many compliments on the ceremony from our guests, and at least one couple in attendance has gone on to hire Carla to officiate their wedding. I attended that wedding last fall, and the ceremony was entirely different from my own but once again captured that couple perfectly. Carla is a wonderful officiant and I will recommend her over and over again.
