Serving couples across Chicagoland, I’m passionate about making your ceremony the highlight of your big day—for you and your guests. I have over 30 years of experience as an ordained minister, and have married 1,200+ awesome couples. I LOVE helping couples start their marriage with love, joy, and a ceremony they will never forget. What I Offer: Personalized Ceremony: Together, we’ll craft a ceremony that brings your love story to life and perfectly matches your vision. Engaging & Fun Experience: Your ceremony will be fresh, unique, and gets your guests involved—making them laugh, smile, (maybe even cry) and feel part of the celebration. Premarital Counseling: Through 4 sessions of premarital counseling, we'll assess your relationship dynamics and develop essential skills to build a strong foundation for marriage. This also helps me get to truly know you as a couple before your big day!

Five stars isn't enough!!
We could not have been happier with Rev. Dave as our wedding officiant. From our very first meeting, he brought incredible energy, warmth, humor, and personality that immediately put us at ease and helped make our ceremony truly special. We were planning our wedding on short notice, and Rev. Dave was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. He took the time to work closely with us, making sure every detail of the ceremony reflected exactly what we wanted. One thing that stood out most was his ability to ease our anxiety and keep us grounded during both the planning process and the ceremony itself. He continually reminded us what the day was really about, celebrating our love and commitment to each other. He also did a fantastic job during the rehearsal walk thru, confidently guiding us and our family members through each part so everyone felt comfortable and prepared. His positive energy, organization, and professionalism helped put everyone at ease, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the experience instead of worrying about the details. He does a great job striking the perfect balance between humor and heartfelt moments. He kept things light and enjoyable while still creating a ceremony that felt sincere, meaningful, and memorable for both us and our guests. If you're looking for an officiant who is personable, caring, flexible, and genuinely invested in making your day special, we highly recommend Rev. Dave. Wedding Officiant of our Dreams!
Reverend Dave did an incredible job officiating our wedding! He felt more like a friend of the family rather than an officiant we found online. From the beginning he met with me and my now husband to get to know us, learn our love story, and our overall style as a couple. This led to him helping us develop an amazing ceremony that centered around and highlighted our love story and what matters most to us including our love for each other, our family, and our friends. His sense of humor and banter with our bridal party was an added bonus that broke the ice with everyone and made for funny stories to tell! We got married on May 23rd, 2026. Dave coordinated so well with our DJ and our venue to put the ceremony on and make it run so smoothly. After our ceremony, we got SO many compliments about how beautiful the ceremony was and how they loved hearing our story and Reverend Dave’s style and delivery. We also got complimented on how smoothly it went with the schedule for the night and that was also thanks to Dave! He also made sure to take a selfie with us after the ceremony (pictured below) which is just another example of how fun he is to work with! We are so happy we went with Dave for our wedding ceremony and we are so grateful for all of the work he put in. We would absolutely recommend working with him to any couples getting married in the future!

Awesome Officiant!!
Dave was wonderful as an officiant for our wedding. We wanted someone fun and someone to keep the guests entertained with a short and sweet ceremony. Dave did it all. He told a love story about us, kept the crowd engaged, and was very touching with his statements. We met with Dave a few times before our wedding. He is very organized, prompt, and a wonderful officiant. He also handled making sure the marriage certificates were delivered to the county fast. I recommend Rev. Dave to anyone!! Thank you again!!

Reverend Dave is a humorous individual, but he takes the job of being a part of your special day very seriously. He made our day even more special by helping make sure everything went as planned and went above and beyond to assure a stress free day.

Cannot recommend Rev. Dave enough. He's genuine, caring, truly gets to know you, and he's FUNNY! His humor matched ours very well and was a large part of the reason we chose him. We wanted to have fun, and Rev. Dave was the guy. So many friends and family had positive things to say about him. He did so great with our love story. We chose the package with premarital counseling and highly, highly recommend. It was very enlightening for my wife and I, and just overall a great experience and allowed us to get a lot closer with Rev. Dave as well. You won't be disappointed!
