Wedding Trolleys - Dec through April

Description

Our Off-Season Trolley Wedding Packages start with a 3-hour minimum rental at $1,350 total; each additional hour if needed +$150. Driver’s tip and all fees are already included. Flexible booking, allowing you to update pickup times and locations closer to your wedding date. All our Trolleys are 2024 models or newer, and can accommodate up to 30 passengers. Some of the features are: Heat/AC; Sound system with Bluetooth connectivity; Wrap around style seating; Balcony; Ice Bar.

From the moment we booked Cloud9 Limo for our wedding day transportation, the team was incredibly friendly, prompt, and professional in their communication. On the day of, their beautiful all-white brand new trolley arrived early, and the inside was spotlessly clean. The sound system was perfect for playing our special music as we rode to the venue. The driver was friendly and courteous, ensuring we arrived on time and in comfort. Cloud9 Limo provided exceptional value and service that truly contributed to making our wedding day perfect. We highly recommend their services to any couple planning their big day.

To reserve your date, we require a $300 deposit, which is applied toward your total balance. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt with all your reservation details and proof of deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in advance (which we recommend) by credit card, check, or Zelle — or to the driver on the day of service at the beginning of your rental. Our team at Chicago Cloud9 Limo will walk you through every step to make booking simple and stress-free.

Yes — we offer flexible booking. Major time-frame changes (such as changing your pickup or drop-off time) should be submitted at least 30 days in advance. Smaller updates — including pickup or drop-off addresses, adding stops in between, or updating a contact phone number — can be made much closer to the event, even the day before, as long as they fit within your reserved time window.

No. We do not charge travel time. Your rental clock starts at your scheduled pickup time, not when the Trolley leaves our facility — keeping pricing fair and transparent.

Yes — driver’s tip and all standard fees are already included, so there are no surprise charges.

Yes — you’re welcome to make unlimited stops throughout your reservation time. Whether it’s hotel pickups, ceremony, photos, or reception, we don’t limit the number of stops during your booked hours.

In some cases, yes — pending availability. However, we strongly recommend adding any extra time in advance to guarantee availability and avoid last-minute stress.

We require a 90-day cancellation notice for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the event will result in the deposit being forfeited.
