As a wedding coordinator, I've had the privilege of walking alongside brides through one of the most important days of their lives. Again and again, I heard the same thing: they wanted stunning décor, but the cost of buying it — for one single day — just didn't make sense. That's what inspired Beautifully Borrowed. A curated collection of elegant, high-quality wedding and event décor available to rent — so you can have the day you've always imagined without the price tag that comes with buying it all yourself.

I am familiar with several of Hamilton County’s venues. I know what photographs beautifully, what works in barn spaces, and what elevates a garden ceremony. Every piece in my collection is chosen with intention — and with your perfect day in mind.

Gold Full Experience Package

Description

This tier is best for couples who want a true “do not lift a finger” experience - we plan, style, coordinate, and break down, so you and your families can simply enjoy the day.

What’s included
  • 4-week venue walkthrough (where allowed)
  • Phone call the week of the wedding
  • 1 hour of rehearsal coordination
  • 10 hours of day-of wedding coordination
  • Full setup and styling of ceremony & reception
  • Rental allowance: $500 towards our pieces
  • Breakdown and pack-up of all BB pieces

    Amazing Decor

    The arch and drapery set was the most breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony. Every single guest asked who did our decor. Worth every penny and so easy to work with!

    Everything was perfect!

    I had no idea renting decor could be this seamless. Everything arrived styled and perfect - and they took it all down at the end of the night. I didn't lift a finger!

Yes. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount is required to reserve rental items and secure the event date. Rental items are not reserved until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

More Than 90 Days Before Event: Customer forfeits the non-refundable deposit. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. 31–89 Days Before Event: Customer forfeits all payments made up to the cancellation date. 30 Days or Less Before Event: No refunds will be issued.
