Hello, we are a hibachi food truck based out of Asheville, NC. We have served the community for over 10 yrs and done numerous weddings and caterings all with great satisfaction. We cook the food on site wich produces a hot fresh plate. On site cooking also makes it easy to accommodate food restrictions/dietary needs. We have affordable prices to meet any budget's needs. We cook our food onsite, providing fresh, hot, and delicious hibachi. Hibachi is loved by everyone, kids included and we can accommodate most food allergies/sensitivities. Besides owning the business im the only chef, so i personally hold my food and service to the highest standards. Ive been a hibachi chef for 15yrs! Ive also worked another 5yrs as a cook and been to culinary school. Trust us! Ive been told that our white sauce is the best many have ever had!
