Incredible food with tons of variety

The food was incredible! We chose the steak fajitas, chicken, saffron rice and potatoes and it was excellent. The cocktail hour food had so much variety, and the guests couldn’t stop talking about it! A very unique catering service, with tons of flavors, choices, and was hot. “Mixed Grill Catering” made our wedding unforgettable! Mounir and his team went above and beyond to deliver a spread that left our guests raving. Even days later, people still rave about the incredible feast. They say the venue, DJ, and food are the heart of a wedding, and with Mixed Grill, we hit the jackpot on all fronts. Mounir started the cocktail hour with an elegant assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, phyllo triangles, and dolma-like stuffed grape leaves—each bite was pure perfection. And that was just the beginning! We opted for a taco bar as the main event, which was far from ordinary. Mounir created the ultimate Mexican feast with spicy rice, flavorful fajitas (offered in lamb, chicken, and beef), hearty beans, and every topping imaginable—cheese, sour cream, fresh veggies, chips, salsa, and so much more. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, but we had enough leftovers to feed all 100 guests again the next day! Mounir’s attention to detail was unmatched. At the night's end, he had everything packed up and organized, making it easy for us to take leftovers home. He was also incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process, always available to answer questions or make adjustments. We can’t thank Mounir and Mixed Grill enough for their incredible service and delectable food. It’s no wonder they stay so booked—they truly deserve to be at the top of everyone’s list. Mounir and his team are INCREDIBLE. Every person at our event complimented his food and not only that, his effort to make the set up so stunning and beautiful was above and beyond what we expected. He also catered my cousins wedding so I knew he would be incredible but this time he really blew us all away. He genuinely cares about his food and presentation and makes the entire process so wonderful especially when planning a stressful event. Also his pricing is very competitive!! You seriously cannot go wrong with Mixed Grill Catering and I would HIGHLY recommend!!
