Sometimes our clients like to surprise us going out of the box of the standard. This couple knows how to wow their guests. We prepared a completely custom menu fit for a king, literally in their castle in Whitehouse Station. Who needs a venue when your home looks like this! We were honored to cook in a fantastic kitchen serving their family and loved ones from the privacy of their home. Although it rained the party from being hosted outside, our team quickly pivoted and helped setup dining in their grand parlor.

    Simply AMAZING!

    First of all let me just say that the service from setting up to cleaning up was impeccable and I didn’t have to lift a finger! This was a big day for us and for our family and friends I wanted amazing food that people would talk about later. Well they did and are still raving! Everyone loved the seafood dishes and my vegan friends said it was the best selection they’ve ever had at an event! We could not have been happier and will definitely use them again!

Yes, a good faith deposit of $500 is required prior to scheduling a tasting. Once the agreement has been signed, this deposit can be applied to the 25% deposit required due at signing.

We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
We are full service. We will walk-through available rentals from our partners and work with you to find options within your budget.
Yes, our event minimum is $10,000 and 50 people for all weddings.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6-12 months in advance.
