At From The Ground Up Food Truck and Catering we offer a variety of services to make your day and experience seamless. Our Culinary and Hospitality team take the time to learn what you value out of your experience the most and work together to create a menu and team that perfectly fits your needs. We also rent flatware, tablecloths, and other cutlery to help your day flow with ease!

Culinary Graduates James Inserillo and Liana Rosenthal passionately began business on June, 2022 with a School Bus converted to a food truck, a dedication to hospitality and providing high quality meals available for everyone. From there, we have expanded into an additional Food Truck and a Restaurant! From The Ground Up is Feeding America Hospitality one plate at a time.
