My name is Nancy. I’m the pastry chef and owner of Xào Joint (XJ). I created to not only share my love of Vietnamese food and desserts, but to also blend flavors from different cultures together to create a perfect harmony. I have worked in various luxury resorts and restaurants such as the Resort at Pelican Hill and JW Marriott. I’m here to help you create an experience your guests will never forget.

I’ll work with whatever budget you have, so that you can stay under your budget and still have an amazing experience. 2. Create your flavors. If you have a flavor you absolutely love, I’ll make it happen. 3. Design your dessert table/bar. We can discuss how you want to set up your desserts. 4. Don’t want a dessert table/bar?
