I'm an artist who loves cake. I graduated from the USC Roski School of Fine Art with a BA in Fine Art and Italian. In 2008 I began my official culinary journey, working for some of the top cake companies in the US before opening my own San Diego wedding cake studio in 2020.

All our wedding cakes are unique and made to your exact specifications. Because we prepare all our cakes with fresh and locally outsourced ingredients, Violet Cake Co. cakes are always moist, flavorful and delicious. We have many cake flavors which can be iced with fondant or our delicious Swiss buttercream.

The "Cutting" Cake

Description

A "Cutting" Cake for newlyweds. 6" round serves 12. Semi-naked or rope design. Choose from 11 delicious flavors. Just add your topper. Swirled cupcakes with sprinkles- add $35 per dozen. No charge for Zoom consultations if a to-go tasting box is ordered. Tasting box pickups are Sat mornings by appt. Fee is $40. Need more tiers? 8" - $216, 10" - $324, 12" - $405. Fine touches will make your cake truly magical. A personal wedding cake that will reflect your lives, your dreams and your futures. From $1800. 2 tiers will serve 36, 3 tiers wills serve 72, 4 tiers will serve 120, 5 tiers will serve 175.
