I love turning a couple’s ideas and inspiration into beautiful, delicious desserts that feel personal to their celebration. From the initial design to the finished cake, I take pride in making the experience enjoyable, thoughtful, and tailored to each couple. I’m passionate about creating desserts that are not only beautiful enough to be part of your wedding décor, but delicious enough that your guests will remember them!

I work closely with each couple to create a design that fits their style, vision, and celebration rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. I can also coordinate details such as fresh flowers for the cake and create custom decorative cookie favors and other desserts to complement your wedding. My goal is to make your dessert table feel cohesive, beautiful, and uniquely yours—from the smallest detail to the centerpiece cake.

We chose Sweets By Melissa L.L.C. for our wedding cake and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Melissa was so easy to work with and always got back to us quickly when we had questions or wanted to tweak our design. The cake itself was absolutely incredible – the flavors were fresh, the frosting was smooth, and it looked stunning on our dessert table. Even six years later, we still have friends and family members bringing up how delicious that cake was! It's not an exaggeration to say it was one of the best cakes I've ever had, and our guests clearly agreed. Melissa is incredibly responsive and genuinely kind to work with. She truly cares about her work in and it shows in her dedication and attention to detail. We chose Sweets By Melissa for all of our special occasion cakes including my bridal and baby showers, all of my children's baptisms, birthdays, etc. and couldn't have been happier with how each one has turned out. Every single cake has been flawless and delicious. She listens carefully to what you want and delivers exactly that, with a level of detail that shows she truly cares about making your day special. The quality of her work is outstanding and honestly, her pricing is more than fair. We'd recommend Sweets By Melissa to anyone looking for a baker who combines skill, sweetness, and reliability.

Don’t have a party without Sweets by Melissa
I ordered desserts from Sweets by Melissa for three family occasions so far. Her cookies and cupcakes are so beautiful and delicious. I ordered a large cake that was a work of art and everyone loved it. As an extra touch I also got dipped pretzels which are amazing. Melissa is a pleasure to work with. She not only does a great job, she cares and wants her customers happy. I will not hesitate at all to use Melissa for every event in the future.

Best Cakes
We use Melissa for all our special occasions. She makes the best cakes, cookies, cake pops, etc. The kids are obsessed with their birthday cakes every year!
