Hi, I’m Bianca! My passion for baking is fueled by creating beautiful, delicious desserts for your most special moments. I believe your special day should be made YOUR way! I love color, flowers and am always open to customizing flavors or style to fit the couple best. I’m a sucker for a chocolatey salty treat! My favorite desserts to eat are my salted caramel dark chocolate cookies or brookies. I love espresso so anything including chocolate and coffee — sign me UP!

I pride myself in making unique, custom cake designs and beautiful small desserts. I believe a dessert table is the perfect option for every wedding — a beautiful cake in the center, surrounded with small desserts that fit every guests’ palette!

On our wedding day, the display was absolutely gorgeous and our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything tasted. She set everything up beautifully and really understood exactly what we wanted. Bianca's attention to detail and professional approach made our dessert experience feel special and polished.
