HORRIBLE!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the management. The manager’s attitude and communication toward me were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I was serving as the maid of honor and was simply dropping something off at the venue while following up on a few things at the bride’s request. During my visit, the manager became extremely upset and began raising her voice at me regarding the remaining balance. I was not the person responsible for making the payment, and I had no involvement in the financial arrangements for the venue. Regardless of the circumstances, there is no reason to speak to a guest or member of a wedding party in such a disrespectful and aggressive manner. When I calmly expressed that I did not appreciate being spoken to that way, the situation escalated further, and I was asked to leave. This was, by far, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in the United States. Management should understand that difficult situations can and should be handled professionally and respectfully, especially when dealing with people who are simply trying to assist with someone else’s event. After all this, she never apologized even though she saw me again a few times but told the bride she was "stressed" and that she was sorry for acting this way but the apology wasn't to me directly. HORRIBLE! When it was time for the wedding, 2 chairs broke while people sat on it and fell off the chair, the floor was not clean and the Bride's dress was all brown on the bottom by the end of the night, seating arrangement was a whole mess and people had to be rearranged again. It was so stressful and horrible experience over all.
