Pour the Moments is an Orange County-based mobile bartending service dedicated to creating beautiful, seamless bar experiences for weddings and special events. From professional bartender-only service to complete bar experiences featuring handcrafted cocktails, we offer flexible options designed around each couple’s vision. We believe the bar should be more than just a place to grab a drink. It should be a memorable part of your celebration. Our goal is to make planning your bar easy, personalized, and stress-free from the first consultation to the final pour.

At Pour the Moments, we combine professional bartending with thoughtful details and a personalized approach. Our full-service experiences can include original craft cocktail recipes, house-made syrups, premium juices, elevated garnishes, custom bar menus, mobile bar setup, and a personalized alcohol shopping list tailored to your event. As a dry-hire service, you purchase the alcohol yourself, giving you control over the brands you serve and your overall beverage budget without traditional bar markups. Our bartenders are RBS certified, and Pour the Moments is fully insured for added peace of mind.

    The best customer service

    We chose Pour the Moments for our wedding bar and Sara made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. She communicated with us in a way that felt genuine and thoughtful—never pushy, always clear about what she could do for our day. When our reception got hectic, our guests noticed how she stayed calm and kind, making sure everyone felt taken care of. Sara really does stand out because she's intentional about the details that matter, from the drink selections to how she interacted with our crowd. Her service went beyond what we expected, and she brought a down-to-earth professionalism that made the whole thing feel special. We couldn't have asked for a better choice for our bar service.

    Sara is the best! If you need a professional, talented, creative bartender for any event her and her company are the only option. Her creative ideas and beautiful decor, elevate any event from a small get together to a elegant wedding. They show up, set up, break down and make the whole process simple an easy.     Sara and Melissa were so amazing for our wedding. The set up is SO cute and stylish, and they were incredibly helpful when deciding quantities and types of alcohol to buy with fast response times. I could not recommend their services enough.

    I can’t recommend Pour the Moments enough! They were responsive, professional, friendly, and made the entire process so easy. They were the perfect fit for our event, and the drinks were a huge hit with our guests. We actually paid extra to have them stay longer because everyone was enjoying themselves so much.
