I’m Elisa Joy, behavior therapist by day, mobile bar owner by night (and weekends!). Alongside my husband Brian and our two little, we live in the mountain town of Julian, CA. When the world slowed down during COVID, my profession shifted and I had to pivot. We started dreaming. One trailer, a Pinterest scroll, and a whole lotta heart later, The Toasty Tap was born. ​ What started as a fun idea to turn a project trailer into something special quickly turned into a full-blown passion project. Late-night doodles turned into design plans, and with every bolt and brushstroke, our bar and photo booth came to life.

We know the importance of quality, great customer service and building relationships. We only use the freshest seasonal ingredients, scratch made syrup and garnishes. The Toasty Tap was created to bring people together. Whether we’re slingin’ delicious mocktails, cocktails or snapping photo booth pics, we show up with authenticity, good vibes, and local love.

    The best!!!

    We booked The Toasty Tap for our wedding and they were absolutely brilliant. Honestly, a great bar setup can make or break the vibe of a reception and these guys absolutely delivered. The drinks were fantastic — proper, well-made cocktails that people were genuinely excited about. No watered-down nonsense, just great pours and a menu that went down a treat with our crowd. What really stood out though was how personable the whole team were. They were chatty, fun, and just had this natural ability to make everyone feel welcome at the bar. At the same time they were completely professional — never missed a beat, kept things moving, and just got on with it seamlessly in the background. Our guests had the best time and The Toasty Tap was a huge part of that. Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

    I had the pleasure of getting to work with the AMAZING owners of this wonderful small family owned mobile bar and photo booth for my wedding. From the initial start of the inquiry all the way through to end of the wedding night. They are easy to work with, understanding, on time, and prompt. They made sure each and everyone one of my guests that attend was taken care of with crafting drinks to satisfy each guest. Thank you The Toasty Tap!     But Toasty Tap was a fantastic addition to our wedding. Our guests loved having custom drinks and a fun place to go to get beer and wine. The Photo Booth on the other side of it was like beyond great. Not only did I love it, but all of my family and friends were able to keep a piece of memory of our special day. Working with the Toasty Tap was seamless, enjoyable, very professional, and very fun!

Yes, we charge $2.00 per mile after 40 miles from Julian, CA
Yes, our event minimum is $700 for all weddings.
Yes, we offer a 2 hour beverage tasting for you and 2 additional guests. This tasting is included in any of our "signature cocktails" packages.
We serve all Southern California (San Diego, Poway, Temecula, Julian, Palm Springs, etc.)
