Welcome to Paloma Mixology- a luxury mobile bartending service dedicated to creating your story through each beverage we handcraft. Founded by Hollan and Yonathan, a couple brought together by their love of hospitality and mixology, Paloma Mixology offers more than just a mobile bartending service. We pride ourselves in curating and creating your beverages from start to finish, using the freshest ingredients and detail-oriented, personal service. From classic cocktails to signature sips, we handle every detail with expert care. All you need to do is sip, savor, and celebrate- we'll handle the rest.

What sets us apart is from start to finish, every aspect of your mixology experience is curated to tell your story and enchant your guests. We offer scratch recipes, where all of our ingredients (including juices, purees, and syrups) are made with the freshest ingredients and skilled hands. We carefully craft every aspect of your menu, including its design. We will bring our hand built bar to you and our skilled bartenders who are ready to create a seamless mixology experience. Each package is curated to give you full customization, including (but not limited to) non-alcoholic drinks, custom cocktails, and specialty shots.

    Couldn't have been happier!

    We absolutely loved having Paloma Mixology at our wedding! We chose the Gold Package, and as a dry hire service, it was so easy to customize everything to fit exactly what we wanted for our day. Every drink was made completely from scratch, including the mixers, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how fresh and delicious the cocktails were. Their service and hospitality were amazing, and they truly helped make our wedding feel so special.

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We will meet about three times. We meet once for your consultation either in person or over Zoom or Google Meet, once for your tasting, and once to finalize menus, headcount, venue, and logistics.
We are based in Orange County, California, but don't mind traveling nationally! Please speak to our event coordinator about planning the logistics.
We don't mind last minute bookings! However, for summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 4-10 months in advance.
Yes, depending on event size and the package you choose. If you would like a full PDF of our services, feel free to reach out and our event coordinator will send it to you!
We are a dry hire mobile bar service and will bring our bar, mixers, tools, services, cups, napkins, straws, non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. water, soda, and juice) and bartenders to the event! This allows full flexibility on the alcohol you choose and how much you would like.
Yes, we are fully customizable and are able to create drinks that reflect your vision! We also will hand design your menu for you totally free of charge according to your preferences.
