With years of hospitality experience and a background in event planning, I created Coastal Pour to bring beautiful, personalized bar service to weddings and special events throughout Orange County.     Best Mobile Bar !!!

    Coastal Pour Mobile Bar was such a wonderful addition to our wedding! The bar was beautifully decorated, elegant, and fit perfectly with our aesthetic. The cocktails were not only delicious but absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful garnishes and attention to every detail. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the drinks and the setup! The service was professional, friendly, and seamless from start to finish. Everything looked so classy and well put together. If you’re a bride looking for a beautiful bar setup, stunning cocktails, and an amazing guest experience, I highly recommend Coastal Pour Mobile Bar!

    My Birthday

    I hired Coastal Pour Mobile Bar for my birthday party, and they truly made the celebrations extra special. The bar setup was beautiful, with so much attention to the little details, and it really elevated the whole atmosphere. The cocktails were not only delicious but beautifully presented, and my guests kept going back for more! Everything was organized, the service was friendly and professional, and even with everyone ordering different drinks, the bar ran smoothly throughout the night. It was so nice having that full bar experience without having to worry about anything ourselves. Would absolutely recommend Coastal Pour for any special occasion!

    Mobile bar

    We had such a great experience with Coastal Pour Mobile Bar! Gabriela was professional, organized, and so easy to work with from the very beginning. She helped us plan the drink menu, made sure we had everything we needed, and took so much stress out of the process. The bar setup was absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly with our event. The cocktails were delicious, the presentation was gorgeous, and our guests kept commenting on how much they loved the drinks and the service. Gabriela was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the entire event. You can tell she genuinely cares about the details and about creating a great experience for her clients.     Great service for my Baby Shower

    We had Coastal Pour Mobile Bar come to our baby shower and they absolutely nailed it. From our first conversation, the team got back to us right away and knew exactly what we needed to make the day special. They worked with us to create a signature mocktail that matched our color scheme perfectly, which showed how much they cared about the details. The bartender (Gabi) was flexible with our vision and kept every drink looking beautiful and on-brand. We loved how accommodating they were throughout the whole process, and our guests couldn't stop talking about the drinks. We'd definitely book them again for any event!

No. Coastal Pour does not require a per-person minimum. Pricing is customized based on event length, guest count, bar setup, and the services you need.
Bartending service starts at $50/hour per bartender, plus we add 1.5 hours for setup and cleanup time. Bar rental is available for $300, and supply packages are customized based on your guest count and cocktail menu.
The supply fee covers the non-alcoholic ingredients and bar essentials needed for your selected menu. Depending on your event, this may include fresh citrus, mixers, syrups, purées, garnishes, and other cocktail ingredients. The fee varies based on guest count and menu selections.
We are a dry hire bar. Clients purchase and provide the alcohol. We’ll provide a customized shopping list so you know exactly what and how much to buy for your event.
Absolutely. We can help create a personalized cocktail menu that fits your event, preferences, and overall style.
Yes! Our mobile bar is available to rent for $300. If your venue already has an appropriate bar setup, let us know and we can discuss what works best.
Yes! Coastal Pour Mobile Bar is fully insured, and all of our bartenders are RBS certified. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and add venues as additional insured when required
