Wilmington String Ensemble

The Wilmington String Ensemble has been providing quartet, trio, duo, and solo music for wedding ceremonies and receptions, parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, civil union ceremonies, business events, and memorial services for over thirty years. Most of our engagements come from referrals, as our reputation is impeccable. We have performed in countless churches, hotels, banquet facilities, and private homes in the tri-state area (Delaware, Pennsylvania & New Jersey). The Wilmington String Ensemble played for the wedding of Ashley Biden, daughter of Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill.

Wilmington String Ensemble members, are all conservatory trained, professional musicians, performing with the Delaware Symphony, Opera Delaware, Bethlehem Bach Festival, Opera Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Ballet, and The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia. In the commercial field, our members perform with the Philly Pops, for Broadway shows at the Academy of Music and the Forrest Theatre, and in Atlantic City Casino Showrooms.
