A wedding has three pieces of music in it and they are three different jobs. Guitar carries the walk down the aisle, where the whole guest list is listening and nobody is talking. The hour after it has to do the reverse, sitting under a hundred conversations that all start at once. Then a floor has to fill and stay full until the last song. One booking covers all three. Every size comes with sound, load-in and strike, a certificate of insurance, and a personal contact reachable through the day.

Hiring entertainment can be nerve-racking. Everyone's got an opinion, and to some degree, your taste and reputation are on the line. Signet Artists makes it hard to get wrong.     Daniel and his jazz ensemble were an absolute joy to work with. He and his peers are extremely professional and top tier musicians. I highly recommend working with him and his crew of musicians! They were versatile, brought great energy and just had everyone enjoying live music!

    We recently hired a musical duo for our charity event several weeks ago. They were a musical duo, an upright bass player and guitar player. We had heard them play before at other events, but wanted to reiterate what a sophisticated and classy duo they are. Their music brought elegance and style to the event, providing warmth and a wonderful ability to enhance the evening. We will definitely use them again. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

Yes, and it is the most common shape here. The same players walk from the ceremony space to wherever cocktails are happening, on one contract, one load-in and one invoice. That also solves the gap while the couple is away for photographs, because nothing has to be set up in between.
Named acts. Music from artists like Tejas Singh, Tony Medina, Dirty Flamenco and Last Consulate, their specific sound and presence comes with the booking. Entertainment formats. The other lane are professional players throwing down their best in a format to serve your needs. From jazz combos, funk, live DJs or singer-songwriter, they're all configurable to your needs.
Yes. Send it at least four weeks out, with the version you mean, since there are usually several and they are not the same chart. The first one is included in every booking, and each one after that is its own line on the quote.
No, and most Colorado weddings are better served without one. Live players carry the ceremony and the cocktail hour, where volume and attention have to be handled by a person reading the crowd. A DJ carries the reception, where a floor has to stay full for hours.
Wedding dates get decided ten to twelve months out, and twelve to eighteen for a mountain venue or a fall Saturday. Music is usually shopped nine to fourteen months out, which is later than the venue and earlier than almost everything else on the list.
Yes, and most of them are outdoors. Outdoors adds three requirements at any size: a covered, level and dry performance area, power run to it, and a move-indoors call written before the day. Colorado evenings drop fast after sunset, and instruments and electronics both stop behaving in the cold.
Yes, that's exactly what the level is set for. Cocktail and dinner sets run 65 to 72 dBA at the nearest table, a volume two people who have just met can talk across without leaning in.
Yes. A certificate naming your venue as additional insured comes with the contract, along with a W-9 and one itemised invoice.
Postponing is almost always cheaper than cancelling and we will say so at the time. One move to a new date inside twelve months is free, subject to availability, and everything paid transfers. If we cannot make any date that works, you get everything back. A straight cancellation more than 90 days out costs the deposit and nothing further. At 90 days or fewer the fee is due, less any travel and lodging we have not already spent. If we ever cancel on you, you get everything back and we help you find the replacement.
