About Idan Sassoni DJ

Idan Sassoni

Owner, DJ & Professional Audio Engineer

Your wedding should sound like you. Idan Sassoni DJ blends Jewish traditions, Israeli favorites, and American dance-floor hits into a celebration that connects every generation. Based in Newtown, Idan serves Bucks County, Philadelphia, and South Jersey, bringing 20 years in entertainment in Israel and the United States and professional audio engineering to your day. Work directly with Idan in English or Hebrew to plan the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and special moments. Professional sound, wireless microphones, smart lighting, truss, projector, screen, and video playback are available to suit your venue and plans. Share your date, venue, and guest count to start planning.

You work directly with the DJ who will be at your wedding. Together, we shape your must-play songs, do-not-play list, entrances, special dances, and the balance of Jewish, Israeli, and American music. My background as a professional audio engineer means speeches and ceremony sound receive the same care as the dance floor. I coordinate setup and timing with your venue or planner and adapt the music to the guests in the room. Planning is available in English or Hebrew, making it easier to bring families, traditions, and generations together.

Picking anyone but Idan for your DJ is a huge mistake. We personally loved his expertise and the way he blended multiple genres of music for a variety of our guest. Easy guy to work with, fair pricing packages and most of all, the assurance that your event is in good hands. Love that. ❤️

DJ Idan is honestly the best. We hired Idan for our wedding; he was nothing short of professional and worked with us patiently despite several changes on our end. He worked extremely hard to make sure all of our guest had a fantastic time and really understood the mood of what people wanted. That's the part that mattered to me. I would absolutely recommend Idan and his services to anyone.

I attended a wedding where Idan Sassoni was the DJ and was blown away. Grandparents, parents and kids were all on the dance floor together, which says it all. His selection of Israeli music was spot on, and he clearly understands the flow of a Jewish wedding. I'll definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Thank you so much, Almog! Hearing that grandparents, parents, and kids were all dancing together means a lot to me—that is exactly the kind of energy I hope to create. I’m especially glad you enjoyed the Israeli music and the flow of the Jewish wedding. I truly appreciate your recommendation!
