DJ Fuzzy Logic
Meet Milwaukee’s PhDJ, DJ Fuzzy Logic®! Fuzzy Logic started DJing as the summer co-host of The Soul Patrol at 91.5 FM WECI in Richmond, Indiana. This was the late 80s, so DJs spun vinyl. We were heavily influenced by the nearby Dayton/Cincinnati scene, arguably the world capital of funk. Midnight Star, Zapp, Ohio Players, and Slave were big, but hip hop was exciting, and we were the only people to play it on local stations. Think Kool Moe Dee, LL, Tribe, Ice Cube, and BDP, throw in some New Jack Swing, and of course add a 60-minute Quiet Storm at the end.
Musical Background: I grew up playing classical piano and pipe organ and singing in choirs. I played guitar in bands in South Bend, IN, Houston, TX, and then Milwaukee. Smart-aleck originals, zydeco, death metal…if fun people wanted to play it, I’d do it! Eventually, I got back into playing boogie and G-funk records with producer Brandon “Brazil” Reyes. We did all-vinyl Sirius Booty nights for five years. He started bartending, but I went digital and carried on as Fuzzy Logic, eventually doing fun stuff like DJing for Milwaukee hip hop icon Kool Keith.

Add 12 uplights, 2 Swarm lasers, LED speaker stands, dance floor lights, bubble machine, hazer, fog machine. It’s not just an upsell–people really do dance more when you light! They feel cooler, maybe even invisible. This is crucial! It’s hard enough to get people to dance at a club, and wedding receptions can feel formal, especially when guests don’t know each other well. The most important influence is that the bride and groom dance, but good lighting and sound are a close second!

Amazing vibe!!
What a pleasure to work with!! DJ Fuzzy Logic is a very relaxed guy with talented skills to back it up. I checked him out at a bar before booking him for my wedding. He was asked to transition in and out of a traditional Polish celebration on the spot, and he did it so smoothly it wasn't jarring at all. Right then I knew I was ready to book him. We gave him 4 hours worth of song recommendations (we asked what guests wanted to hear prior to our wedding) and he hit all of my husband and my requests. We had a wide taste in must-plays (EDM, Abba, Usher). We never left the dance floor (and neither did our guests!). Believe me, you can trust him with your event.

SO FUN!
Prescott was AWESOME!!! He was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Super chill vibes and played all the music we love! Which is a ton of different genre's and could be difficult for people. Our quiet hours started at 10:30 and our friends love to dance/party so he helped us continue the fun for another 2 hours with a silent disco which was the talk of the event!!! Can't thank him or recommend him enough!! If you're in the Milwaukee area you should check him out at his local spots too! He posts them on instagram...it's a fun way to check him out and meet him in person before the big day!

12/10 - Highly recommend. From start to finish DJ Fuzzy Logic was so great to work with. He is fun, kind, focused, efficient, creative... gosh, I could go on. You can absolutely tell that he knows what he is doing and that he loves it too! My whole family was on the dance floor until the venue closed lol. We probably wouldn't danced all night if we could. :) I also plan on keeping an eye out for any of his future gigs so I can jam out with him again! You will not regret booking DJ Fuzzy Logic. He's got this down to a science!

DJ Fuzzy was great at our Quinceañera. He played a variety of genres and decades. Everyone had so much fun dancing and singing. Plus he has great prices. I totally recommend and would hire him for our next event.
