Events within our standard service area (like Charleston, Parkersburg, and surrounding regions) include travel in your package (we do not charge extra for breakdown or set-up, ever). For venues outside that radius, we’ll provide an upfront, itemized quote before booking so you know exactly what to expect.

What are your sales taxes?

In West Virginia, a 6% state sales tax applies to all services, with some municipalities adding a small local percentage. We always include the correct rate based on your event location in your proposal and invoice. For events outside of West Virginia, we do not charge sales tax, as we don’t maintain a tax nexus in other states. Our goal is clear, accurate billing — no surprises, ever.
