Regarding communication, our standard process is for our team to reach out a minimum of two weeks before the wedding to finalize details. Once we have your wedding date, we can review the communication timeline to see what happened and how we can provide better support. Just to clarify as well; All of our DJs, photographers, and coordinators work directly for our company and not “contracted out”. If you requested a specific team member that was unavailable, we would have suggested the closest match. For your concerns relate to your photos, we are more than happy to review them with you and explore any enhancements that might help you feel better about the final results. We really appreciate your feedback and would love the chance to look into this further so we can do everything possible to make things right.
