    They say word of mouth is the best referral. So please know this is coming directly from my mouth to your ears… if you are a mother of the bride who wants her daughter (and future son-in-law), as well as yourself and your guests, to have the most magical and joyful wedding day...and the least stressful planning season leading up to it — you’ve got to hire Marion at Eau Events!! I first learned how fabulous Marion was from two dear friends whose daughters (four weddings between them!) all had gorgeous, seamless wedding days. So when it came time for my daughter’s special day, I confidently knew Marion was the right choice for us. My daughter had a very elaborate and specific vision for her big day, and we had a very specific budget. Marion was phenomenal at holding the big picture while organizing every detail over the six months of planning. She kept us on track with decisions, contracts, and payments, attended planning meetings with vendors, and coordinated communication between everyone so we always knew what was needed and when. The relief of stress with Marion’s process and calm presence was real. I didn’t want to be that mom who forgot important details or missed being emotionally present in my daughter’s joy because I was worried about logistics. Marion made that possible. Because of her, the entire wedding weekend from rehearsal dinner to wedding day, and the day-after brunch all flowed beautifully and was raved about by our guests. Most importantly, my daughter who was very hands-on and deeply involved in planning her wedding was able to savor every moment of her dream day. Of course there were little hiccups along the way (invitations, timing, vendor logistics) but Marion handled everything behind the scenes so no one else even knew. She’s also incredibly skilled at helping navigate delicate family conversations and expectations with kindness and respect, which is an underrated gift during wedding planning. She is truly a gem. If I had another daughter, I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

    Marion was the perfect wedding planning partner for us. From the start, her communication style was incredibly responsive, always putting our feelings and vision first. Marion and the team were direct and organized, great listeners who kept us on track during the last few months of wedding planning. On our wedding day, Marion went above and beyond - she knew I wanted our ceremony to be outside and pushed to make that happen when the weather looked uncertain and had a seamless rain backup plan ready. When we realized we didn't have sparklers for our exit, she worked with our other vendors to improvise a special golf cart exit, just like my parents had done at their wedding. It was such a thoughtful, sentimental touch that perfectly captured our style. Marion also checked in on me throughout the day, moving at my pace and keeping me on track, even delaying some of the wedding formalities so I could fully enjoy dancing with my friends and new husband. Marion's prompt, organized, and proactive approach ensured our special day was everything we dreamed of (and more!). She coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, family, bridal parties, and friends. We are so grateful for her incredible service and attention to every detail.
