Amber was spectacular, hands down. We hired her for her planning services as well as day of coordination. Our wedding was DIY in many regards. Definitely book All Set Events!!! Their communication style is easy-going yet efficient, and the quality of their work is simply outstanding. Sky, our DJ, listened intently to all of my music preferences and executed the playlist flawlessly, resulting in so many compliments from our guests and a packed dance floor all night long. People also loved his table dismissal game! Additionally, Eden alleviated a ton of pre-wedding and day of stress by helping us nail down timelines and decor - she's so clever, like when she proposed using our bridemaids bouquets as the centerpiece for our kings table since I didn’t have anything planned and was running out of time to create more decor. Eden also helped us with the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, which I was extremely grateful for! From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!

I created Living Moments because I have always had a passion for planning special events. I have worked in nursing since I was 16 but my passion for event planning and organizing has always shined through. After the Pandemic, I decided to walk away from nursing and finally pursue my dream job by becoming a certified Wedding/Event planner & coordinator! Living Moments, and especially Christyna, were an absolute joy to work with! I, unfortunately, thought that I could handle our wedding all on my lonesome! As the day got closer I realized that I couldn't make sure things were happening behind the scenes during the ceremony... or while I was having my hair and make up done. For a type A, DIY person, this brought a lot of anxiety. Who could I trust to bring about the vision I had in my head of our special day?!?? Well... Christyna took us on with barely 3 weeks until wedding day and everything was amazing!! It was exactly as I pictured it and I was able to actually enjoy myself. I'm beyond grateful to her and this amazing company!
