She is so talented, and really knows exactly how to engage a dance floor or get everyone to pay attention to something important (LOL). She absolutely killed it on wedding day — every song was perfect, she was so adaptable, and so engaged in the day. We didn’t stress at all about music knowing she was there!! Our dance floor felt like a bigger wedding because she was locked in on keeping everyone dancing — I don’t have many pictures because everyone was busy dancing but they had our crowd of accountants MOVING. That’s no small feat!! It’s also important to note that she was just as awesome throughout the planning process! “Amy was the DJ for our November 2024 wedding. As the music sets the vibe, we wanted someone who really understood what we were looking for and understood the music we like and our tastes. After a horrible experience talking with another vendor, we immediately clicked with Amy and felt that she understood what we were looking for (Gay dance pop!). Communication with her was straightforward and simple, and she took our basic playlists for different parts of the night and blended them to reflect our style and set the appropriate mood. She executed the music cues during our outdoor ceremony perfectly which we believe helped to elevate the whole experience. But the star of our experience with her was an amazingly packed and vibrant dance floor for the whole time. We got so many compliments on the music and everyone from our friends to coworkers and older relatives had a great time. One of our requests was to play a ton of Chappell Roan and Amy delivered, including a (potentially original?) dance mix of Pink Pony Club that was honestly transcendent. She even played a special song for a plushie toss (it’s a story) without our prompting. They learned two new songs to play alongside two vocalist performances during our ceremony, and jammed out during cocktail hour before becoming our emcees and DJs for the reception.
