After a The Links transformed Hardy Farm into a very special and unique “rustic elegant” venue for weddings and events offering an authentically historic feel, with a distinctly unique ambiance of contemporary yet rustic elegance featuring all of today's modern amenities. Hardy Farm accommodates up to 32 people overnight and the property encompasses 13 acres with beautiful gardens and stone patios, fire pit, the farmhouse, barn, lodge, woodland chapel, and their own 103’ sailcloth tent. The Barn on the Pemi is a fully restored and renovated mid-1800’s barn. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs.
