They served all 150 of our guests within an hour and all of our guests complimented the food. Quite literally the best wedding food ever. Everyone had plenty to eat and there were plenty of options to choose from. If you’re looking for a food truck for your wedding, I highly recommend them! I was so distraught and stressed, as you can imagine. Luckily I found Soraya through a Facebook wedding group after I had asked for a second opinion. SHE SAVED MY WEDDING DAY. My husband and I are Cambodian and Chinese and trying to find any upscale asian caterer in the NorthShore was darn near impossible. I had my heart set on an upscale multi-course asian banquet menu. We ended up with 10 courses! Soraya made it happen and all the food was made on site at our venue in Peabody (the Olio). Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was! To think I almost went with drop catering as I thought that was my only option. Thank goodness I found Soraya! As anyone who has ever thrown a big event knows, the food will make or break an event. And Soraya's food MADE our wedding a huge success. Soraya made sure fried foods were crispy, hot foods were HOT, and each table service was flawlessly delivered. “Maeghan was so helpful and patient with us not knowing what we were doing and changing our minds throughout the planning phases. When I had questions I could always count on her getting back to me within a day, often the same day. The staff that were on site the day of the wedding were phenomenal; professional, kind, and EFFICIENT. I didn't get a chance to interact with them too much as I was losing my mind most of the day. We arrived late to the venue and they were already there; had tidied up the things we'd left out from setup the night before and were setting tables for us. They kept things running smoothly the whole day and went well beyond what I expected for clean up. I was too wound up and anxious to eat at all, but the guests all said the food was excellent. The only complaint I have is that clean-up may have been TOO efficient, we had to go hunting for boxes afterwards! :)”
