I am a self taught photographer. This journey started in 2013 as a stay-at-home mom with some young ones running around and an urge to dive into my creative side. It has since evolved beyond anything I ever thought it could. I genuinely love what I do and all of the connections I've made with all of the many amazing people I've worked with over the years.

I’m Nicole, Owner and Lead Designer of SLF. My path to florals was not conventional, but it was intentional. After 8 years as a probation officer, I had my son, reevaluated my life, and fell in love with the world of floral design. Today, I create elevated floral experiences rooted in romantic palettes, texture, and thoughtful composition. Every bloom is chosen with purpose and must feel right. As a mother, I am ever-conscious of how quickly moments pass. This awareness shapes the way I design by not simply creating arrangements, but helping to frame memories and bring warmth to once-in-a-lifetime celebrations.

Forno wood-fired catering is the hottest way to have your event catered. We specialize in gourmet wood-fired pizza and serve a wide array of buffet-styled options. Our delivery gives customers a unique, enjoyable experience in a friendly and interactive way. We have portable wood-fired ovens that we travel to your event with and allow guests to watch the gourmet food be cooked right in front of them. Our concept gives us the ability to tailor our food to individuals’ preferences at the time of the event and can cater to specific needs. We continuously strive to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our customers and leave them satisfied, but wanting more.

Founded in 1940, when we say we have decades of experience, we really mean it. Since then our love for flowers and our team has only grown. Day to day you can catch us designing floral arrangements and delivering them by the truck full. We source locally whenever possible (of course). We especially love weddings and just adore our brides. Aside from that, we are probably spending any other spare time cheering on fellow entrepreneurs and our favorite vendors of this industry. We love to pour back into our city by supporting local events, schools, and the animal shelter. And we could go on of course, but there is a word limit :)
