Carmaria “Cocoa” Fenton is a licensed, certified chef with over 25 years of professional culinary experience. She served as Head Chef at the DoubleTree Hotel in Atlanta for nine years, delivering high-quality, memorable dining experiences. After returning to North Carolina, she founded Cheweii Cuisine—blending luxury dining with soulful flavors and intentional preparation.
