Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Constructed in 1932, this vintage barn oversees 12+ acres of native grasslands – a rich habitat for wildflowers, birds and butterflies – and a historic farmhouse built in the 1750s by a second-generation Quaker farmer. The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. The recently completed renovation brings contemporary comfort and energy efficiency to a setting that still retains its authentic character. For weddings and private celebrations, the “big red barn” opens onto beautiful outdoor spaces for garden ceremonies and cocktails, while the interior is scaled for dinner and dancing for as many as 175 guests.

Mill Creek Falls Retreat LLC began as Camp Donegal. A church camp owned by the Donegal Presbytery. They sold it to Alex and Amy Kauffman who sold it to the Lancaster Conservancy who subdivided it, took the woodland and preserved it for future generations to enjoy and sold off 32 acres and the Campground to Ronnie & Kelly Miller who own it today. Ronnie & Kelly are local people who live and work in the Airville area and hope to keep the camp going for all to enjoy; be it celebrating your wedding here or just staying the night as you pass through our beautiful piece of Pennsylvania paradise.
