“West Song Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration. The team there was incredibly friendly, warm and accommodating, making the planning process a breeze. On the day of, the natural, rustic farm vibes created such a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. We were thrilled to be able to use fresh cut flowers from their gardens that our florist friend was able to style into gorgeous arrangements, and the farm fresh tomatoes we got to use in our home cooked meals were absolutely delicious. We chose to let their chickens roam during our reception, which was especially a hit with our younger guests—and made for some great photo ops. “Where do I even start? Our wedding at The Barn at Villa Venezia was truly a dream come true. From the venue itself, to the food, to the entire team behind it, everything exceeded what we had imagined. I genuinely would not have changed a single thing about our day. The entire team at The Barn is incredible. We worked most closely with Sabrina and Nicole throughout the planning process, and they are absolute rockstars. From all of the pre-wedding prep through the wedding day and beyond, they made everything feel so seamless. They were organized, responsive, incredibly helpful and always made us feel like we were in good hands. On the wedding day, Nicole was with us for the entire day, making sure there were no hiccups, checking that we had everything we needed and handling so many little details behind the scenes so we could just enjoy ourselves. The food was UNREAL. Our guests could not stop talking about it (and neither could we). Everything was incredible from start to finish, and the service was just as impressive. Their entire staff worked together so seamlessly, and you could tell everyone knew exactly what needed to happen and when. And then there’s the venue itself. The vibes were immaculate, the ambiance was perfect, and the space is just STUNNING. Every part of it photographed beautifully and created exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. What stood out to us most, though, was how much this team genuinely cares about their couples. You can tell they are invested in making sure your day feels special and that you are actually able to enjoy it. We never felt like just another wedding on the calendar. We felt supported, taken care of and completely confident in the team from beginning to end. The Barn at Villa Venezia is truly the best venue in the Hudson Valley!”

“Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding at City Winery Hudson Valley a few weeks ago and we are thrilled with our entire experience! We worked with Lerika from the very beginning when we first toured as our Sales Manager and communications with her throughout the process were perfect. Lerika also worked extremely well with our planner (Lauren F. from Wild Blooms – recommended by CW) and the two of them made sure all details were perfect. When we first toured CW, we loved all the different spaces and, due to a rainy wedding day, were very grateful for the many options. Although we intended for the ceremony to be by the river, the indoor space was beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop made even more beautiful with white flowers that popped against the brick and windows. And having cocktail hour within the bar area and restaurant, which they closed for us, made our event very private and allowed for sufficient seating during that time. The buttlered hors d’oeuvres were plentiful and the stations constantly replenished so they always looked stocked. Service was incredible throughout the day and our guests appeared to be served dinner all at once, and wait staff were very attentive. There were never lines at the bar during cocktail hour or the reception which was helped by the table wine service. We chose the Steak Bavette for our beef entrée and I was concerned the 6 oz standard portion would be too small so we upgraded to 8 oz which ended up being huge! And all the food served throughout the day was delicious! Lerika was attentive throughout the wedding day as was Tiffany, the CW event coordinator, who we did not meet until that day. Lerika and Tiffany anticipated our needs and made sure we were all taken care of throughout the day. Security identified a potential issue with one of our guests who had too much to drink and discreetly and professionally addressed it without our even knowing about it. We had more than 160 guests in attendance and the space was big enough to ensure it was easy to move around the tables while still feeling intimate. I love that we were able to place only two rows of tables on each side of the dance floor so everyone was close to the activity and never far apart. Our guests danced throughout the wedding which made it very fun. With recommendations from CW, we selected a florist (Laruen P. from Wild Blooms) and bistro lighting from Fox Haus that transformed the space and made it so beautiful. All the photos are absolutely gorgeous even though most were taken indoors. We also reserved the boiler bar for the guys to get ready which was fun for them and the Nest for the ladies which was spacious and beautiful. And lastly, we hosted an afterparty in the boiler bar for the friends of the bride and groom which was perfect to give them extra time with their close friends! CW hosts a combined food tasting for all couples with scheduled weddings and it gave us a great glimpse of what the actual wedding day would be like with plenty of special and personal touches for the bride and groom. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was, and we continue to receive so many compliments from our guests! It was fun, it was beautiful, it was delicious, it was perfectly what our daughter and son-in-law envisioned!”

“We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. We are so incredibly happy we got the pleasure to work with them, and would recommend any couples that are starting the wedding planning process, to reach out to them.”

“My husband and I got married at Bear Brook Valley this past weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT! Our experience with the Bear Brook team since we booked our date with them two years ago has been amazing. The renovations they completed last year are absolutely stunning. The boys absolutely loved getting ready in the new speakeasy lounge, the golf simulator was a huge hit! Our guests raved about the food and drinks. Our coordinator, Amanda was incredible! Not only did she walk me through the planning process (we did not hire an official wedding planner), but she responded promptly to all my questions via email and executed my entire vision the day of the wedding! Everything ran super smoothly. Our bridal and groom suite attendants, Amber and Cameron, were on top of everything the entire wedding day! Anytime we needed anything they were there. They were constantly making sure we had a drink in hand if we needed one, Amber helped me get a stain out of my dress, and they both graciously steamed all of the dresses and tuxes! Something we both absolutely love about Bear Brook is that their team makes you feel special and valued. They truly value making sure your day is the best it can be, which was not my experience touring other venues. Because of this incredible team, I was able to enjoy every minute of my day without any stress! If you’re considering booking Bear Brook - DO IT! We genuinely cannot recommend them enough!”

“There truly are not enough words to describe the level of service we received at The Legacy Castle for our wedding. From beginning to end, the entire experience was beyond exceptional. Our Lead Banquet Services Coordinator, Camry, was absolutely incredible. From our very first meetings through the wedding day, she handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. She kept up with our incredibly busy schedule, was always accommodating and understanding, and remained flexible even with our last-minute changes. She put everything together so seamlessly that we were able to simply enjoy our wedding without worrying about a single detail. From the moment I arrived at the Castle, I was greeted by our wonderful maître d’ and immediately felt completely taken care of. I was also welcomed by two beautiful young ladies, Nicole and Adriana, who were personally by my side from the second I stepped out of the car and throughout the entire day. I genuinely cannot put into words how incredible they were. They helped clean and bustle my dress, kept my lipstick in their pockets and made sure it was reapplied throughout the night, made sure I was always fed and hydrated, and constantly checked that I had absolutely everything I needed. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. I never once had to worry about anything — they were always one step ahead of me. I truly felt like a princess that entire day. The amount of care and attention they gave me allowed me to be completely present and enjoy every second of my wedding. And the food was absolutely phenomenal. Our guests still cannot stop talking about it! Before the wedding, one of our concerns was whether there would be enough food for everyone, but looking back, we laugh because we simply did not realize the level at which The Legacy Castle operates. The amount, variety, presentation, and quality of the food completely exceeded anything we could have imagined. We added the sushi boats, which were a HUGE success with our guests and absolutely worth it. And then came the Viennese display — it honestly felt like walking into Willy Wonka’s chocolate room. Everywhere you looked there was something beautiful and delicious. It was over-the-top in the absolute best way and such an unforgettable way to end the night. The level of care was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It wasn’t simply good service — it felt personal. Every member of the staff made us feel as though our wedding was the most important event in the world to them that day. Even our vendors could not stop talking about how impressed they were by the professionalism, organization, and service of The Legacy Castle team. That alone says so much. I am still in awe of how beautifully and seamlessly everything came together. I truly don’t think I have ever experienced this level of service anywhere in my life. It was worth every single penny we spent. Being able to enjoy our wedding day knowing that we, our families, our guests, and even our vendors were being taken care of at such an extraordinary level was priceless. To Camry, our wonderful maître d’, Nicole, Adriana, and every single member of The Legacy Castle staff: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made one of the most important days of our lives absolutely unforgettable. We will forever be grateful.”

“Dreams really do come true at the Tides! The best thing you can do is book your wedding there. From the day we booked and leading up to our big day Michael was very forthcoming and helpful. He was very responsive, followed up on all my questions and made sure we felt supported. The venue itself looks out of a fairytale. They are in a rural location so the greenery as you drive up is beautiful. The inside looks akin to a palace with many rooms and a beautiful lobby.  You don't even have to decorate too much because the place itself is so elegant and classy. The garden is soooo breathtaking. They have 2 ceremony spaces outside, beautiful flowers and greenery. Plus it's so big! You get a lot of bang for your buck. I didn't hire a day of coordinator and I basically planned everything myself with the bridal party, but the Maitre D and venue staff were very instrumental in making sure our event ran smoothly. I was super nervous thinking about the day of. I planned everything out but couldn't leave my seat because hello, I'm the bride lol. I was getting ready all morning.  But thanks to our Maitre D Alberto, the event flower perfectly. He kept us on time. Helped get the bridal party together. He literally went above and beyond. It's so incredible just thinking back to it. I know some venues are hands off. But the staff was just so dedicated to making our every request happen if possible. Thanks to Alberto, our wedding day went by beautifully without any hitch or drama. It's unbelievable because I heard there is always some kind of issue the day of. We paid for a 6am opening so me and my bridesmaids could get ready at the venue. Michael set up a wonderful breakfast in the bridal suite it was like being home! We were so comfortable and we're ready on time for our 11am start. Truly wonderful. We had the small bridal suite so to our small party but it was super nice and a great set up for getting ready! The food and the drinks were to die for. First of all, the cocktail hour was loaded with so much food! Not only do they include a variety of delicious hor'devours. You get to choose from from different entrees and stations. The guest are still raving about it a month later! Everything was excellent. From the presentation to the quality of the meals, it was the best wedding food I've ever had. When the reception came all the guests were too stuffed for their reception entrees! My cake came from David's Custom Cakes, their partner. I got the dulce de leche filling and let me tell you it was so rich! I'm definitely coming back the next time I need a cake! Honestly I am a happy bride. I have no regrets, in fact it was even better than I imagined! Don't hesitate to book them, you will not regret it!”

The outside grounds included small bodies of water, one with a bridge to a small island. The island had a gazebo and sacred site where we sat and meditated together. “My guests were in awe walking into this venue! It is absolutely breathtaking both inside and out. Our ceremony was in the garden and everyone raved about the innate beauty. The staff went fully above and beyond to make sure we had an incredibly special day. The food for cocktail hour and dinner was complimented non stop! I also was told service was impeccable and guests never waited for any drinks! If there were any hiccups on the day I (the bride) was never made aware because the Meadow Wood team took care of everything. If I had to do it all over, this is 100% the first thing I’d book! It truly was a day I’ll never forget because of this venue and team”

“What an incredible venue! I was the wedding coordinator for a wedding at Rustic Ridge recently, and my goodness! The views are stunning, the pavilion is decorated just perfectly for any style wedding, and the hospitality is above and beyond! Wally and Jack were so attentive to every little detail. It was such a pleasure working with them. They coordinated with me for the ceremony bringing guests back and forth by golf cart so they didn't have to walk far. They were accommodating to every electrical need that came up. They even offered to run to Walmart for marshmallows for the smores station (the marshmallows were found in time!). The guests were not pleased with a local hotel they were staying at, and Wally rearranged his own home to accommodate them so they could get a restful night's sleep in a loving environment. I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about the level of hospitality at Rustic Ridge! As a wedding planner, I hope to bring many more couples to this incredible venue.”

“We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at Birchwood. From the first day we met with Farrell to the actual wedding day the planning was so smooth. Farrell is so professional and knowledgeable and clearly loves the job she does. The venue itself was spotless. It is stunningly beautiful to the point where I didn't have to worry much about decorations or spend big money on centerpieces. Small subtle decor along with the beauty of the Birchwood made for a stunning wedding day. The food was beyond amazing. We did not want a sit down formal dinner so Farrell helped us create a cocktail hour type situation with various carving stations and food perfectly placed around the room. There were so many options for everyone, even those with special diets. They were able to accommodate everyone and their needs.”

“I can't begin to describe the amazing wedding celebration we had at The Terrace at Biagio's. We had our ceremony at the venue as well and everything went perfect! Barbara and John were top tier! Communicating with me from the moment we met until the wedding, answering all my questions at all hours and making our vision come to life! They were on top of everything from start to finish, and we were constantly taken care of us. Not only did they excel but they did it all with great personality and love! The Terrace itself was a gem! Our guests raved about the cocktail hour! It was an assortment of the best food possible, all so fresh and impossible to not go back for more. Bar service was top notch and our signature drinks were a hit! (Barbra actually was the one who made that vision come alive! Lavender martini and bacon maple ole fashioned). The dessert hour was a fire show! (Literally a fire show) And there was every dessert possible! Carnival, ice creams, cakes, cookies, chocolate fondue, etc! We had our first look down the road at another location but we took photos on site in the front of the entrance to the terrace and they came out beautiful! It's a smaller area but it has beautiful flowers and a stream. The ceremony was on the roof top and it was beautiful with the waterfall fountain and stone fire place! Lots of cute places to take some very nice photos! Along with the string lights and arch, it was a dream. I can't rave enough about how much Biagios made our day so enjoyable, and beautiful. I would recommend them over and over again thank you again to the hardworking staff, Barbara, John and Tommy. It is a night we will cherish forever. Oh, and they allow dogs to be in the ceremony It was everything to be able to have our fur baby share our special day with us.”

“We had our wedding at The One & Only Westmount Country Club in early November 2025. It was a perfect venue! The staff were amazing, and the site was impeccable. From the moment we toured the Westmount it was pretty clear it would be perfect for us. We wanted to do the wedding on-site in the garden off the Continental Ballroom. Karen worked with us to make everything perfect and coordinated every detail according to our vision for the day. Since the wedding, we have heard nothing but praise and compliments from our guests. Multiple people have told us they have never had such good food at a wedding, and the dessert extravaganza (only word to describe it) was second to none. From the welcome drinks and snacks, to the cocktail hour, to dinner service and dessert, our guests cannot stop raving about the food and service. The outdoor venue with twinkle lights in the trees, up lighting, a fountain next to the gazebo, and the picturesque garden gate was the entire aesthetic we wanted. We highly recommend The One & Only Westmount Country Club. The staff, the venue, the food, and the suggested vendors all made for a dream wedding and magical night. “My husband and I chose this as our wedding venue. Some months before our wedding they had implemented a team of women to help with any questions and planning. These ladies were extremely helpful with answering questions and were typically quick to respond. The day before our wedding, we went to set up the tables and decorations I had made. The inn keeper Tricia was super kind and let me feel like I had a full run of the venue to do whatever I had envisioned. She basically told me I could do whatever I needed, and if I needed extra hands for help to let her know and she would get me help. The day of the wedding was very hot, and there was an unfortunate breakdown of the AC in our getting ready room and suite for the night. They placed us in the next Best room for the night and got us in a cooler space for getting ready. Even with that, if I had to do the wedding all over again, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I am so grateful to the team working with me leading up to the wedding day as well as everybody involved to make our wedding day so special. If you choose this place as your wedding venue, I feel as though you will not be disappointed, even when things go wrong.”

The food was absolutely incredible, and we loved being able to head straight to the hotel restaurant bar afterward to keep the party going. “BREATHTAKING! The Park Savoy just so happened to be the very first wedding venue that my husband and I viewed, and from the moment we stepped inside we just knew this was the one - it immediately felt like home. Sam greeted us at the door and never left our side throughout the entire process, from the first tour to the big day. Working with Johanna was an absolute breeze, she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Danny, our Maître D', was outstanding and really kept everything moving like a well-oiled machine; and our amazing team of bridal attendants were truly top-tier. Everyone that we had the pleasure of meeting and working with at The Park Savoy were true professionals and treated us like we were family. No other venue that we toured even compared to how the staff at The Park Savoy made us feel and how absolutely beautiful the venue is, we’d make the decision to choose The Park Savoy again everyday if we could. Having been able to secure our date, Friday, February 14, 2025 (the 4 year anniversary of my husband and I’s first date ), we loved that we were able to have access to the property, especially the bridal suite, for the entire day (MAJOR PLUS imo). From the time that we got to the venue the morning of to the time that we left, our entire bridal party barely had to lift a finger. The system that the staff have in place to communicate with each other throughout the day is like having your own personal secret service, which I absolutely loved and appreciated; again, the entire staff here are outstandingly organized, professional, and just know how things are supposed to be done. All of the food is absolutely delicious, you literally can’t go wrong with any of the selections - the Cocktail hour and Viennese hour are PHENOMENAL! Our wedding guests still talk about the food. *Pro tip: take advantage of the private cocktail hour with your spouse, having this private time to soak everything in and truly enjoy this time was one of my favorite moments of the day* Even when you go back to the venue the morning after, the staff will have all of the extra food - from Cocktail hour, entrees, Viennese hour ( any leftover cake), to anything left over from your “to-go” stations - wrapped up perfectly for you to take back home and enjoy with your partner (it took almost 2 weeks for us to get through all of the extra food). Our entire experience with The Park Savoy was amazing, “thank you” does not even begin to describe how appreciative we are of everything that the PS staff did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. I don’t think we’ll ever truly come down from the cloud nine-feeling that The Park Savoy created for us ️”

“I can’t say it enough that The Rockleigh should be at the top of everyone’s venue list. They were our 2nd of 3rd venues we were touring and we never went to our 3rd venue tour. My words simply can’t portray how magical a wedding at The Rockleigh will feel. As soon as you walk in we were hit with a “wow” feeling. The venue is simply beautiful and left us and all our guests in awe. On top of a classy and beautiful venue, the service the staff provided is truly unforgettable.
