“From start to finish, working with The Stately Rose team was a pleasure. From my initial conversation with Johanna about my vision for my look, I could tell this was the right salon for me and my girls. Her careful attention to detail and genuine care for me as a potential client impressed me. Throughout the process, Yoli, the bridal coordinator, responded to all of my questions promptly and cheerfully. Marielly and Janelle made me feel so comfortable and confident at my trial and were open and responsive to feedback and follow-up questions I had about my own look as well as questions my girls wanted to ask. On my wedding day, my bridesmaids, mom, and I got ready at the pink salon. The space is bright, airy, and full of cute spots for photos. Marielly and Janelle gave each of my girls the same VIP treatment they gave me at my trial and they kept us on time to ensure the rest of the day went smoothly. My group ranged widely in terms of needs (we had hair that was curly, straight, thick, and thin and girls who ranged from wearing little to no makeup regularly to girls who regularly go full glam and wanted bright and colorful looks), and each girl ended up with a look that was perfect for them! Our hair and makeup lasted all night long! While the final product was impressive, what stands out the most to me about working with The Stately Rose was how they made me feel. Every question or concern I had was treated as important (no matter how small) in the lead-up to the day. In the salon, Marielly and Janelle created a positive, fun, relaxed, and empowering environment. They were the ultimate hype-women all morning and they really set the tone for the day moving forward. It was especially meaningful to me how much care our team took in accommodating health and safety concerns among my party; requests we made to keep those with compromised immune systems or allergies comfortable and safe were made without hesitation. We all left the salon to start the rest of the busy and stressful day feeling like our best selves. I could not have asked for a better glam team and I’d recommend The Stately Rose to any bride-to-be without hesitation!”

I have super thick, yet fine hair, so it can be difficult to work with sometimes & my hair stayed ALL NIGHT! From 10am until 1am - my hair didn’t move. All my bridesmaids loved their hair as well! We had a big bridal party (myself, 8 bridesmaids, 2 moms) & Frann and her partner were so efficient & quick! “From the first time I talked to Danny on the phone to inquire about using fine line artistry, I was absolutely sure he would do an excellent job on my wedding day. Danny is so kind, attentive to detail, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. My trial was so smooth and easy, and he nailed the exact look I wanted with very vague inspiration description from me, because I know absolutely nothing about make up. He managed to find the exact color lipstick I have been searching for forever, so not only a win for my wedding, but a win for my lipstick collection too! On the day of the wedding Danny and his assistant were incredible! They showed up early and took care of everyone extremely well. Everyone was so happy with how they looked, even my girls with very particular make up tastes. They worked extremely efficiently and were very well coordinated with our hair stylist. Danny handled the entire schedule including that for hair, even though I did not use one of the stylists from fine line artistry. He was super organized and on top of everything. I cannot recommend fine line artistry enough!! I keep joking I’ll never have my make up look that good again (unless of course I hire Danny!!!) - if you get the chance to work with fine line artistry, do not pass it up! I included pics from my trial, the girls after getting ready, right before the ceremony, and a late night photo booth pic of me and the MoH.”

“The ladies at Elle Beauty were friendly and personable, and we enjoyed working with them. However, after my trial I should have pursued someone different for my hair! The makeup was fantastic and Mikayla was so kind, but the hair was not as polished as we expected. I'm attaching my MIL's photo, with her hair and makeup immediately after the stylists left, so you can make your own judgements- that being said, they did ask multiple times if we were comfortable with the look, but we felt a time-crunch and accepted what it was. I've also attached my photo immediately after the session- again, I loved the makeup but I wish my hair was set to last the whole night. Both ladies were flexible when we changed the location last minute, making a long drive to support us at the venue, and we so appreciate that! I would suggest Elle Beauty for those in the immediate Kingston area of NY.”

“Writing reviews was the last things I had on my big ol wedding to-do list. I mostly put it off because I truly did not know how to put into words how perfect most of my vendors were. Jessica was no short of perfection. She was incredibly easy to schedule with, chat with about what I wanted, and offered up advice on all things beauty. Her package deal is incredible, her pre wedding face kit is amazing, her touch up kit is still use to this day, and her own facial products are some of my faves. I didn’t have “mini facial” on my wedding morning timeline but omfg I would tell every bride it’s absolutely necessary. During my trial (at her adorable home studio!) we went in a traditional direction and 5 months later I asked her to pivot entirely and go foundation-less. I’d seen it on her Instagram page and was so impressed and oh man did she pull it off. I felt so natural (I’m not someone who usually wears anything but moisturizer and mascara) and to not have to wear foundation on my wedding day was such a relief. I felt so incredibly beautiful on my wedding day - and so did my bridesmaids. Jessica is worth. Every. Penny. And I highly recommend her partner in crime Allison who made scheduling so easy and honestly brought such a bff vibe to the wedding day it was amazing. 5 stars , 10/10, A you name it!”
