“This was the perfect venue for my husband and I! We got married outside in the apple orchard on 6/6/26 and it was absolutely beautiful. We love the tranquility and nature focus of the venue. Our coordinator, Tara, was super helpful throughout the process and on the wedding day. We hired our own wedding planner which I recommend to make the day and process go even smoother. She and Tara worked great together. We did our cocktail hour in the barn for 1.5 hours since we had a lot of add on stations and the owl and it was amazing. We also had the 10 minutes of alone time where we actually got to eat and drink before entering cocktail hour which was super nice! The barn is absolutely stunning. The reception was amazing as well. We added on an extra hour, so we could end at 11pm which was great. The food was delicious all night, especially the prime rib and all the cocktail hour goodies, like the bacon bar! Our day was so so amazing, and the venue played a big role in that. A few things we would change about the venue: you are required to pick a vegetarian option for plated dinner, which we were a little disappointed about, there isn't much space for the groom to get ready in, and you can't really get everybody ready on site due to the time you're allowed there and the space allotted. Still though, we absolutely loved it and highly recommend.”

“They were so great to work with from start to finish! I knew I wanted a venue that wasn’t your traditional location and this was just that. The castle vibes were everything and so different for guests to experience! If you’re looking at 200 guests, Stokesay can accommodate so much more! We estimated 240, but ended up with 200 and the ballroom was so spacious, no one felt crowded. We had great feedback from our guests regarding the entire venue as a whole and food as well! Response times and communication were always great and everything we had asked for was translated perfectly for our day. They did a good job at taking notes on our file of things we wanted and were doing differently. Would definitely recommend!! My husband and I can’t wait to come back every once in a while to visit the pub and reminisce on our special day!”

We have a bar area, kitchen, stage, bride's room, and groom's room for you to use during your wedding! We offer 3-day rentals for weddings. Our venue holds a lot of history! It used to be a place for people to go line-dancing, was a bowling alley, and a flea market. We kept the bowling alley floors to bring some history and charm to the Ballroom! Every little detail was pre-thought and executed perfectly and as we all know sometimes things have not been relayed as they should have, but fear not, Terry would have it addressed and no one was every the wiser. One of the other special things about Terry is that she concerned about the other Professionals, to insure they have the space they need, convey the changes in last minute timing and in our case, the schedule allows for the very memorable images we will create – truly a team player! As for Shepard Hills Country Club, it is a beautiful venue. When we started out in our business we worked there often. It then went through some management changes, all for the better and it has been recently restored to its current splendor. It is not overstated yet stunning, with ample seating areas, spacious dance floor and refreshment area. On top oof that you have the Country Club grounds and outside casual areas, couple all that with an Outstanding Chef, banquet team and one of the Best Managers in and around the Lehigh Valley, what more could you ask for.”

“First of all, what a gorgeous venue! We had our wedding reception in the crystal ballroom and it was beautiful. The Eden staff worked seamlessly with our vendors to ensure everything went smoothly. I can’t say enough how helpful Megan Supeck was in our planning process. She was so communicative and transparent. She seemed as happy as we were about our wedding! From beginning to end, she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. We also enjoyed staying in the Paradise Suite the night of the wedding. They had a bottle of champagne read for us when we got to the room and complimentary breakfast the next morning. I was so stressed with wedding planning, but Megan and her team really put me at ease.”

The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

“I couldn't have picked a better place to get married. Everyone told me to expect at least one thing to go wrong on my wedding day. The only bad thing that happened was that it rained! (Obviously uncontrollable) however, the coordinators still made it perfect. The inside was set up perfectly. I only truly wanted our pictures outside. They literally followed me around with umbrellas and followed my bridesmaids around with hair dryers to dry our dresses and keep us looking our best all while they were getting wet! I received SO many compliments on my wedding. Multiple people during the days after said it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended!”

“We are so grateful to the entire team at Melhorn Manor for making our wedding day happen!! It's hard to even know where to begin - from start to finish, every detail of the day was magical thanks to the team's hard work and expertise. When my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we toured plenty of venues, but we knew right away that Melhorn Manor was different in the best way. We were used to being rushed through other venue tours, dismissed because our wedding wasn't big enough, and generally being made to feel more like dollar signs than excited newlyweds-to-be. But our experience at Melhorn Manor couldn't have been further from this - we met Allory for the tour, and before we took a step through the property, he took the time to introduce himself and the Melhorn family and to share the lovely story of how Melhorn Manor came about. We didn't feel rushed or pressured like we had at other venues, and Allory really took the time to understand our vision for our big day and help us imagine it around the property. We left that day glowing and feeling sure that "this is the one!" And how right we were!! We really can't say enough positive things about our wedding day. Getting ready in the amazing bridal suite and Groom's room was such a fun and special way to kick off the day. As the ceremony approached, it was so clear that the team was all working so hard to make sure all the decor was set up, every detail was thought through, and every moment went off without a hitch. What a special and humbling feeling it is to have so many people invested in making your special day as magical and memorable as you've always hoped it would be - it's impossible to express the depth of our gratitude. Our wedding day was quite a rainy one, but the Melhorn team had a plan for everything. Melhorn Manor had the most robust rain plan of any venue we toured: some venues' plans had felt more like an afterthought, while Melhorn offers an entirely separate building that can be used for the ceremony in inclement weather. It was such a huge relief to feel like we didn't have to worry about adjusting every detail on the fly, and to go into our rainy wedding day knowing that, regardless of the weather, it would be just as beautiful and special as we always imagined. We had and continue to have SO many of our guests, both on the wedding night and afterwards, tell us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. So many glowing comments about the beautiful venue, the fun had on the dance floor, the amazing and kind staff, and all of the countless details that go into making the day memorable. The Historic Americus Hotel

“I can’t say enough about this venue! We had a New Year’s Eve wedding 12-31-23 with 230 guests and it was exceptional. We used both the modern 11th floor Skyline Room for the ceremony and the gorgeous traditional ballroom on the main floor for the reception. We had a block of rooms for our guests and they raved about the accommodations and the service. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The bridal suite was huge and easily accommodated 8 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and 4 aestheticians. The food was amazing; prime rib, crab cakes and chicken francaise were our choices. It was delicious and served hot. They have a variety of entrees to choose from. The staff was attentive to our needs as well as professional and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable considering all the amenities included. I highly recommend The Americus Hotel for a wedding or any other function. Mother of the Groom”

“Beth Valgus, the catering sales manager of the Harrisburg Hilton, flawlessly coordinated my wedding venue. She accommodated all my questions and concerns before, during and after the event. Beth and her team were incredible and always on the ball with questions and concerns and were always there to problem solve with me. Myself and many other guests had multiple food allergies and they were able to manage each one flawlessly. Additionally, due to weather issues and a last minute switch of guests, Beth and her team were able to handle without a problem. I would highly recommend Beth and the Hilton Harrisburg for your wedding and other events!”

“We had the most perfect wedding day and that is largely thanks to the amazing staff and the beautiful venue at Meredith Manor! Frank and Mimi are the kindest, most thoughtful and helpful people ever; they know how to do their job and do it well. They made my husband and I feel so special and cared for in the many months leading up to our wedding during the planning phase, and most certainly on the day of as we celebrated. The food at Meredith Manor is amazing, they have such a great variety of cuisines and it was all so delicious. The gardens, grounds, and courtyards are all so scenic and perfect for photos, especially in the summertime, in our experience. Overall, we have the most memorable and wonderful day celebrating our wedding at Meredith Manor and we would highly recommend it to anyone who’s considering it!”

“Our wedding was the most perfect day and Hanover Grande ballroom and their staff were a huge part of that! We originally had our wedding set for 4.3.21 but with COVID restrictions for guest capacity, they were extremely accommodating. We were able to choose our new date 4.9.22 seamlessly! The planning was stress free. Michele and Kathi were extremely responsive to all of my questions! Not only was everything leading up to the wedding great, our wedding day was truly perfect. Our bartender, Alex, was personable and connected with all of our guests! The entire staff that night were so nice and professional! Food was amazing! The gazebo and grounds made for the perfect spring photos too! My husband and I have no complaints! Highly recommend!”

“Drumore was one of the first venues we visited. After visiting several others, our hearts and minds kept going back to Drumore. It just felt right. We got married in July on a hot, summer Sunday, Drumore Estate was not only a stunning backdrop for our forever, but also, Marnie and the rest of the Drumore staff really are the dream team! They got us from start to finish with tons of support and stellar service every step of the way! It was incredible to see a list of notes come to life on our beautiful wedding day. Everything was picture perfect, on time, and just the way we imagined. No one even noticed the little issues, because Marnie and her team would ensure everything remained smooth. The staff was always incredibly excited, even when dealing with the stickier details. Thank you so much for everything you did—not just for us, but for our family and friends. Thank you for your patience and your kindness. If we had to do it again, we'd choose Drumore Estate every time. You all are the absolute best!!! Side note for couples looking for budget info: We felt that Drumore had a really great pricing structure/package as compared to other venues. There wasn't really any guesswork into how much the offerings would cost. The venue is based on dates and guests and then everything else is more or less a la carte, which offers a tremendous amount of flexibility for any budget”

“I knew from the moment we ended our tour that DCC was the venue for us! Terri greeted us at the tour and walked us through their newly renovated ballroom. My guests are still raving 2 months later about the venue and the high quality dinner and deserts. They REALLY loved the food. My church ceremony was 45 minutes away, so my willingness to travel that far between ceremony and reception is a testament to have amazing DCC is. I wanted a venue were I was confident I wouldn't be worrying about any thing on my special day and DCC provided that. I was able to use their table numbers, glass vases, and back ground arch wish saved me those additional expenses/decisions to make. Terri also offered us a card box, but I opted to use my own so I could add a lock even though the box was securely placed by the sweetheart table. Decision fatigue is so real but with Terri I never had any worries about my reception. I last minute decided to have Sean Reilly, who sounds just like Frank Sinatra, sing during cocktail hour. It was no problem for them to have a dedicated space for him and assist him in his set up. Their flexibility, understanding, and positivity was amazing. The venue is large with a lot of space! The cocktail area is large and the ballroom is beautiful. None of my guests had to wait for drinks since the bar staff was super efficient. It rained a lot on my wedding day, but Terri was super prepared and explained to me the adjustments she would make in the placing of the decor. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Terri and DCC and recommend it to anyone getting married! We had so much fun and are so grateful for Terri and her team!
