Phoenixville Foundry

We had an amazing experience with the Foundry! Having everything included in one spot was so helpful. We worked with Kristina who was lovely and made everything go so smoothly! We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of except having the best day ever. And being so close to downtown Phoenixville was a huge plus for after party! Definitely recommend the Foundry!

We had our wedding at the foundry 2 weeks ago. The positives are that the venue is beautiful and the food is excellent. However, after our experience and feedback we received from our guests, there is a lot left to be desired when it comes to the service. When we chose the foundry we read all the great reviews so perhaps our day was just a one off, but the coordination and details of our wedding day missed the mark which made an already stressful day even more stressful. Unfortunately, the service at the foundry/ J Scott Catering was not what we expected it to be. These events require closer attention to detail especially when you pay tens of thousands of dollars. Our wedding ended up turning out just fine and the guests had a good time, but thanks to family and friends stepping in, those finer details were able to get fixed. For the price you pay you would expect the venue to pick up the slack, not family and friends who should be enjoying the event. Not everything will go to plan in a wedding which is understandable. But there was an accumulation of things that could have been easily avoided with proper coordination. We felt like an after thought. For the staff this may have been another work day, but for us it was one of the most important days of our lives and we’re disappointed it wasn’t treated with more care.
