Worsell Manor has an incredible history and a new life thanks to the loving restoration by its current owners. The estate was granted in 1683 and was a favored stopping ground for George Washington who enjoyed the parties thrown at this elegant and intimate property still nestled in natural woodlands and ag preserved lands.

Haven Beach Club is located in Haven Beach on Long Beach Island, New Jersey. The club is a hidden gem hiding in plain sight, known for its family atmosphere, festive vibe, and beautiful sunsets. Incorporated in 1947, HBC is one of the oldest non-profit clubs on the island, and the only one with an in-ground pool. For weddings and events, the space can accommodate 200 guests. As one of the few venues on the island located right on the bay, it is an amazing venue for beautiful sunsets. While the club provides preferred vendors for potential clients, you are truly able to customize the space to meet your dreams. Bok Vocational High School was built in 1936 to accommodate 3,000 students from across Philadelphia studying subjects like wallpapering, cosmetology, auto mechanics, bricklaying, and more. Due to decreased enrollment it was put up for auction in 2013 and by 2015 Scout, a multidisciplinary design firm with a background in transforming vacant spaces in creative ways, took ownership of the building. Now, Bok has been deemed as a historical building on the National Registry of Historic Places and houses more than 250 businesses and artists. It’s 340,000 square foot structure is also home to a cafe and an award-winning rooftop bar.
