We have been following Fox & Bear Lodge's Instagram for awhile now. We love their beautiful content and fun events. So when we were booked as a vendor at Fox & Bear Lodge this summer, we were over the moon! Their venue is whimsical with a beautiful landscape. Dearrick and Brant was very pleasant and a delight to work with! I enjoyed the entire process from set up - to break down. The Fox & Bear Lodge team works efficiently, professionally but with a flair of fun. Thank you to the entire team for making it a dream venue for your (and our) clients and for us as a vendor. I look forward to being there again!

Our guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol.

We can host a maximum of 100 guests on our property for an outdoor event.

The client can cancel for a full refund in two weeks, starting on the date when the contract is signed. After two weeks, the deposit is 100% non- refundable. The second and the final installment can not be refunded after 14 days, once the payment has been received.

A 40 x 60 white tent (sides are optional and an additional cost) Dance floor which is 16 ft by 16 ft All basic rentals including tables & chairs for both ceremony & reception, linens, plates, silverware and glasses. White folding padded chairs for both your reception & ceremony Tables may be rectangular farm tables or 60 inch round Basic linens for tables, which is inclusive of tablecloths and napkins. Colors may be chosen from a variety of options. Plates are white porcelain plates Silverware is basic silver flatware Glasses are all purpose, champagne and wine glasses

Yes, we do have self-parking on site.

It is optional. We have liability insurance protect any injury and accident occur on the property.

We are 60 mi from Newark International Airport, it is about 1 hr and 10 mins by driving. The best way to get to our venue is by driving or car service.
