Preparing and serving slow smoked, expertly prepared Texas barbecue and rustic Italian inspired dishes is the greatest joy in my life. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue. Micromony is a team of individuals specializing in cook on site events for all size groups. Six people? Sure! 200 people ... Ok Then! We have heard often that the bigger companies price themselves out of possibility with the smaller events and finding some who will do them is difficult. We offer personal chef services for any events under 30 people and can accommodate larger events within a certain geographic range.
