“Ms. Tonga is a dream to work with. I gave her the brief “Terracotta theme but not very picky about the specific flowers; Organic and whimsical vibe,” and she made magic. Her rates are very reasonable, which allowed me to get everything I wanted. The florals were absolutely beautiful, she was early at the venue for setup, and she was an absolute joy to work with. She has the warmest personality and is a consummate professional – she reached out to the venue directly as needed in order to make sure that the décor would fit properly. We got so many compliments on the florals at our wedding, and it fit our fall/terracotta theme perfectly. Just go ahead and book her if you’re considering it!”

With great communication following floral delivery, and provided further instructions to ensure preservation of the roses at delivery. I was stunned with how well the roses lasted from being delivered 2 days prior to the wedding and lasting for 2-4 days following the wedding. Blue Delphinium was the least impressive, and I was not pleased. Sad. Wilting and unable to hydrate. I was not impressed. I ordered: Orange Free Spirit Garden Roses (50 Stems, 3.60/stem) and Light Blue Delphinium (50 Stems, 3.00/stem) and spent 354.”

“Working with Jen for our October 2025 wedding was AMAZING!! From the moment we sent in an online inquiry, Jen was attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail oriented. She got us set up with a project planning doc immediately, and she was SO patient with us even when we were annoyingly indecisive about our vision lol. She met with us via Zoom to answer all of our questions when we were struggling to finish the document (and she is just as thorough and helpful via Zoom as she is via email). Once we placed our final order, Jen was communicative and thorough about the process of what happened next in terms of pickup, payment, etc. When we picked up our flowers, we were ASTOUNDED by how beautiful they were. I mean, we knew they would be beautiful, but truly, WOW. Aside from bouquets & boutonnieres, we also got garlands to use as centerpieces for our guests’ farmhouse tables, as well as small wooden circle magnets with a flower on top (we wood burned the j c into them ourselves) to use as favors. And they all looked incredible. An employee at our venue said that our decor was “the best she’s ever seen this place look,” and a large part of our decor was these flowers. I cannot recommend Jen and Wood and Word Blooms ENOUGH!!! PS bouquet photo is from today (1/5/26)!! The longevity is insane!”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“We contracted Zombie Flowers to provide bouquets for our runway models at Uncon Bridal Con. They were amazing at their communication leading up to the event and delivered the bouquets promptly according to our schedule the day of the event. Their punctuality gave our models enough time to rehearse the runway with their florals. Aside from their great professionalism, Zombie Flowers is a super creative company. My style leans toward large, garden-style designs, but I truly love flowers in every color. As an abstract artist, I see floral design as another form of art. I think carefully about color, movement, texture, balance, and how each arrangement belongs in the space. I pay close attention to the details and care deeply about every couple I work with.
