Reiley + Rose is a Central Texas wedding floral design studio specializing in wildly romantic, custom wedding flowers and statement installations throughout the Texas Hill Country, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin and beyond. Founded by Megan Reiley in 2016, Reiley + Rose was built from a love of flowers, thoughtful design and beautiful love stories. Megan earned her B.A. in Floral Design from Texas A&M University and now leads a creative team dedicated to making every celebration feel personal, intentional and completely unique.

    The wedding flower arrangement was definitely one of the highlights of our ceremony. The entire setup was personalized and beautifully executed with fresh, high-quality flowers. The color combination and arrangement style created a very elegant and romantic environment. Every detail, from entrance decorations to stage flowers, was perfectly coordinated. Setup was completed on time and very professionally handled. It made our wedding truly unforgettable.

    We absolutely loved working with Megan at Reiley and Rose! She worked with me to bring my vision to life and made it even better than I imagined. She took the time to go back and forth with me and my very specific color palette and dream for my florals. They created the most beautiful bouquets, ceremony pieces, centerpieces, boutonnières, and corsages — every single detail was perfect. I just can’t get over our florals!!! What I appreciated most was how dedicated Megan was to making everything work within our budget without ever sacrificing style or the vibe. She had such great ideas and really cared about bringing my vision to life. My goal was moody, earthy, asymmetrical and elegant and it was executed perfectly for our wedding day. Our flowers were so unique and gorgeous! Definitely one of my favorite parts of the entire day — they were stunning and so “us.” I can’t recommend Reiley and Rose enough. Megan is dedicated to her client’s vision and not to mention talented, kind, and an absolute joy to work with! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I LOVED the florals Reiley and Rose created! Megan and her team gave me the florals of my dreams and put the finishing touches on everything. She took my inspiration pictures and made it into something better than I could imagine!! HIGHLY recommend R&R for all your floral needs

    Reiley and Rose did the florals for our wedding, and everything turned out beautifully!! She listened to the vision I had and had great recommendations/ideas for how to make it come to life. She also heard out all our budget needs and worked within the budget perfectly. The florals made our venue come to life, and I saved a bunch of them to dry and gift to my mom and mother in law.     The Reiley and Rose team made actual magic on our wedding day. She truly pours her heart and soul into her business and it absolutely shows. During the planning process I sent them multiple photos, pointing out details I liked from each. She combined every tiny thing I loved from each photo and created exactly what I had envisioned. I loved my bouquet so much that I had it preserved and framed so that I can look at it daily in my home. Vendor selection is so important for your big day. The flowers and florist you choose will live forever in your wedding photos that you look back on for the rest of your life. I could not be happier I chose Reiley and Rose. 🤍

Reiley + Rose serves weddings throughout Central Texas, including New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, the Texas Hill Country and beyond. We've even done weddings out of state. Full-service wedding floral design includes wedding-day delivery, setup and installation. Any travel or venue-specific costs will be outlined in your custom proposal - this is all based on mileage and scope of delivery.
Yes. Our full-service wedding floral design begins at $6,500, with most of our couples investing approximately $12,000–$15,000. The final investment depends on your guest count, venue, floral selections, installations and overall design. À la carte wedding flowers for intimate weddings and elopements begin at $1,000 and are available for studio pickup.
During your consultation, we’ll talk through your venue, color palette, wedding party, favorite flowers, floral wish list and any statement pieces or installations you’re dreaming about. You don’t need to know flower names or have every detail figured out—that’s what we’re here for! Pinterest boards and inspiration photos are always welcome and help us understand the colors, textures and overall feeling you love. Our first consultation is held over the phone or via zoom.
Our full-service wedding experience does include room flip services if need. We also provide end-of-night floral strike and cleanup. Our team handles delivery, setup, installation and teardown so you and your loved ones can enjoy the celebration without worrying about the flowers. À la carte weddings do not include setup, installations or end-of-night strike.
We recommend reaching out once your wedding date and venue are secured. Popular dates can book well in advance, so it’s always best to inquire sooner rather than later. Most of our couples begin planning their flowers approximately eight months to one year before the wedding.
Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
Flower availability changes throughout the year and can also be affected by weather and market conditions. During the design process, we’ll help select seasonal blooms that create the colors, textures and overall feeling you love. If a particular flower is unavailable, we’ll choose a beautiful alternative that stays true to your floral vision.
Yes! Full-service couples receive access to the Reiley + Rose rental inventory. Depending on your design, we can also incorporate candles and specialty floral structures or installations to create a cohesive look throughout your ceremony and reception. Available items and pricing will be included in your custom proposal.
