“We worked with Vivi and Benji for our engagement photoshoot and Aug'26 Wedding. We have no words to explain how amazing Vivi’s work is! Prior to finding our planner, we booked Vivi immediately because we loved her outgoing/bubbly personality and photography style. She has the magic touch with creating beautiful, bright, and romantic images.
Vivi helped with each step of our wedding process, especially the timeline. We prepared assignments for Vivi to ensure she understood our requests/concerns. Vivi thoughtfully curated detailed questions, invested in our best interests, and scheduled meetings to answer questions.
For our engagement shoot, Vivi was flexible with scheduling a date to align with my HMUA trial and willingly visited SF the day prior to find ideal locations. Vivi is so kind and we felt comfortable the entire time. She positioned us naturally and cheered us on during the shoot. Benji was patient and sweet and carried our personal belongings between locations. The weather was windy and Vivi came prepared with bobby pins. She addressed our concerns and accounted for our height difference, creating whimsical shots! We’ll never forget this fun/memorable experience with Vivi running through the water/waves beside us - such a trooper! We loved this photoshoot because we felt like ourselves and she caught the most beautiful golden hour photos. Her editing skills are unmatched!
Leading up to the wedding, Vivi cared about our entire wedding day. She provided floral advice to ensure a beautiful color palette and guided us with open items in on our assignment. Vivi coordinated the most efficient timeline with our planner and organized pre-ceremony photos so we were mostly indoors due to the hot weather. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us comfortable that we were in good hands. She asked us to record our Rehearsal so she could make corrections for the best photo outcome. WOW! This was a blessing because she caught all the flaws to achieve the most beautiful Ceremony! Vivi texted us the night before, which showed she cared and we appreciate her kindness so much! I also loved the phone screenshot timeline she made for the day.
On the wedding day, Vivi and Benji were a dream team! They brought an assistant to help with details such as fluffing the bride’s dress, fixing hair, holding bouquets, etc. Having Vivi lead the entire timeline left us at ease because we knew she would capture all our wishes. Vivi and Benji maintained their professionalism and kept a positive attitude! We felt grateful for their patience and were appreciative of their hard work in the sun/heat. Vivi captured every shot from our wishlist, including photos with our 2 dogs! We did not expect to capture everything, but wow…Vivi printed our slide deck with all the organized shots! We were amazed to see her motivated side as a photographer. Vivi and Benji were caring to our family members, wedding party, planner, and vendors! I could see how they coordinated to make our special day become a dream!
We haven’t received all photos, but the sneak peeks were AMAZINGGG! The color editing is how we imagined, the angles were perfect, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the final outcome. Vivi's team is busy with multiple weddings a month, so we are amazed to say that Vivi and Benji will always have your back! Truly the best team and we will definitely work with them to capture future milestones together! You both are the best and thank you again!”
