To create a base palette for you, we’ve salvaged the original 1950 structure and elements of the building, to allow its history to shine through. The open space includes exposed rafters, polished concrete floors, and extra large windows for natural light. We’ve layered in modern amenities and elegant lighting.

The Oscar Event Center and The Oscar Station both offer a one of a kind experience. The Oscar Event Center's Spacious ballroom and lounge areas offer rustic and elegant decor. With wood, brick walls, exposed beams, and high ceilings. The Oscar Station offers a more industrial look showcasing a stunning hand crafted bar, open air patio and a beautifully landscaped lawn area. Our 6,000 square feet open floor plan invites a 334-person capacity, features stunning windows, two operational glass garage doors, five movable walls, a private entrance, catering space, two gender-neutral restrooms, and is fully ADA accessible.
