As a nervous bride this was very important, their attention to detail throughout was a huge weight off my chest, knowing I didn’t have to worry about anything. “I cannot recommend Mike (MT entertainment) enough! The positive energy and fun atmosphere he brings to an event sets him apart. We had him DJ our wedding this past weekend and he was amazing. A few days before the event he called us just to confirm details and get any last minute details sorted. He even had some great recommendations to add! The day of the event, Mike showed up 3 hours (!) early to get everything setup and tested. Due to his incredible punctuality and dedication, he was able to catch not only wifi issues with the venue, but also that a piece of his equipment decided to break at the worst possible time. Mike was so on top of things that he had both issues completely handled hours before our guests arrived. The only reason we knew about this was because of how transparent he was as he told us later on. Needless to say, Mike was handed lemons at our wedding and in turn, he made some of the best lemonade around. Even with all of the pre-event issues that Mike masterfully resolved, he played great music all night and brought fantastic energy facilitating all of the events. While he had the music playing, Mike went above and beyond capturing several special moments of ourselves and our guests then adding them to our virtual gallery. Mike not only helped create memories with his sound and excellent lighting during our wedding, he captured them too. Mike was spectacular and we were so lucky to have him on our special day.”

Their communication was great at every step, from emailing to an in-person meeting with us to discuss what we wanted, along with a thorough questionnaire for me to fill out for all the songs we wanted for each moment of the night and followed it perfectly, all of the correct songs in the correct places. Justin came to the rehearsal the day before which was incredibly helpful for the wedding party to know when to go and where to stand, etc. It was incredibly hot the day of the wedding and they both showed up with smiles on their faces and ready to roll. They are SO nice and friendly, great at what they do, and I could not recommend them enough!!”

The band!!” The energy and fun Funkle Jesse brought to our celebration was incredible. The dance floor was packed the entire evening and people were having a great time. It was a pretty magical night. We also asked Funkle Jesse to provide music for the outdoor ceremony and their guitarist provided exactly what we’d hoped for- a beautiful and respectful background of music for their vows. Finally, I would emphasize the professionalism of dealing with Brad regarding payments, arrangements, questions, etc. He was always quick to respond to my emailed questions which helped a lot, especially with our last-minute decisions.”

He lead us through what to expect and gave us insight as this was our first wedding we hosted. They were able to handle sound for the wedding ceremony and it was set up without having to remind or ask, which was appreciated. Rich helped us find a string duo to play during the wedding ceremony too. Rich guided us through the beginning of the reception and helped facilitate the order of speeches and again provided sound for that. The band is great, fun and people danced all night. The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. It was the perfect balance of adding our own personal touches while still trusting them to play what they know keeps the energy up. The band itself was amazing. “DJ Brandon was top tier. Seriously. I could not recommend him enough. We communicated with him over email and just once over FaceTime and he just absolutely nailed everything the day of. He was so dialed in with the music, he would literally be changing the keys of the songs to seamlessly flow into the next song and he never let a song play for too long. We had so many people on the dance floor and I was so shocked at just how many of my guests weeks later just continue to gush over how good he was. Also, even after my husband and I did our exit I heard there was a ton of people who got back on the dance floor which is exactly what we would have wanted! I literally never write reviews but I was compelled to write this because he was just THAT GOOD. Kind, hardworking, communicated well but didn't need too much from us the day of which is super helpful. Anytime I needed a quick change he was on it. He listens and his ability to read the room is unmatched. He also just always kept the energy up so much. If you ever need a DJ, please go with Brandon and Prestige.
