“I just got married a few days ago on 6/20/26 and Kirk was our caterer. I honestly don’t remember how I stumbled across Kirk (maybe on The Knot), but I’m so thankful I did. Kirk is a very kind, friendly, and generous person. I had expressed to him that it was very important to me that all of the food could be made gluten free since I have celiac disease and did not want to get sick on one of the biggest days of my life. Kirk was very reassuring that he would take all precautions possible to ensure he minimized the risk of cross contamination as much as he could, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning. We had selected a food menu, then had our tasting and wanted to change a few menu items. Kirk was very accommodating with this and very helpful with suggestions. He never made me feel like a bother even when I felt like one! Kirk and his team pulled off the most seamless and fantastic cocktail hour and reception (including bartending). His team was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The food itself was DELICIOUS and I can’t stress enough how good everything was. We had beef tostados, sweet potato quinoa cakes, and a grazing table for cocktail hour. Then we had 3 separate stations for our reception (carving station, “catch of the day”, station with salmon and shrimp, and a pasta station with all of the toppings), and everyone raved about how great the food was. He was also very accommodating when I expressed multiple times we had about 5-10 friends/family members that are vegetarian and vegan and was mindful of what we could add to the menu for them. The bartenders were very good and friendly — the drinks were amazing and helped keep the party going! Overall, our experience with Milk Honey was exceptional and I did not get sick on my wedding day which is huge! I will be dreaming of that salmon for years to come!! Thank you so much Kirk and team!”
