The Ruins by Landmark Event Co is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. A 6,000 square foot private event space overlooking Lake Union from the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, Imperia features 10-foot chandeliers, copper ceilings, a built-in dance floor, gourmet menus, premium florals, incredible staff, and so much more. With a Roaring 20’s Art-Deco vibe and a rumored history of being a prohibition-era speakeasy, you’ll be transported into living history and a classic elegance when you host your event with us.

St. Paul’s Church sits on a sloping grass bluff overlooking the waters of Port Gamble Bay. The church, built in 1879, is modeled after a church in the Maine hometown of Port Gamble’s founders. One of the most photographed buildings in the area, the picturesque church steeple houses the original church bell, and wedding couples thrill to the sound of the church bell ringing as they are pronounced married. Hood Canal Vista Pavilion offers breath-taking panoramic views and stunning sunsets over the Hood Canal while surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. In the Pavilion, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace sits opposite abundant windows overlooking lush seasonal gardens . Six sets of French doors lead to a slated patio and an expansive grassy bluff right on the shores of the Hood Canal. In the spring and summer months, an adjacent tented terrace offers an additional location for a reception, dance floor and/or cocktail hour.

The Gardens was designed to enhance the natural flow of already existing landscapes, from large rocks to the pond, and to preserve the trees that have stood for so long. Views of Mt. Rainier, 100-year-old cedar trees, waterfalls, and stone pathways throughout the Gardens invites guests to explore the beauty of the PNW. In 2008, Rock Creek Gardens hosted its first official wedding and now has thousands of guests from all over the world visit each year.

The Graduate Seattle is an opulent wedding venue situated in the heart of Washington's lively University District. Robinswood House is a beautiful renovation of an 1895 homestead with log house and cabana set in lush landscape. Our two spacious patios and sunken garden offer a flower filled summer wedding site for up to 225 guests. The warm and cozy furnished house, with added cabana, provides an intimate setting for weddings of approximately 60 people. Fireplaces, wood floors, paned windows, sweeping views of Robinswood Park, dancing under the stars, and privacy are just a few of the details you will find.

The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

The Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, located in Olympia's South Capitol Neighborhood, offers an elegant atmosphere and intimate setting with is beautiful architectural features and grounds, provides a memorable backdrop and setting for your wedding. The versatility of the property allows you to craft a special ceremony and/or reception to meet your desired needs and budget. You can have an indoor ceremony for lovely reception space within the Mansion's main living room and formal dining room. The second floor offers rooms for your party to prepare on your special day. You can also choose to have your ceremony on the front lawn in front of the grand entrance with side doric columns. For smaller weddings or those on a budget, we offer rental of our adjacent Coach House with maple hardwood floors and built in buffet counter. Rentals include setup and take down of our inventory of tables and chairs! Event supply decorations are available to rent!

The MV Skansonia by Landmark Event Co is a historic waterfront venue in Seattle, offering stunning views of the Emerald City skyline. Built in 1929, this wooden ferry once carried passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance before being permanently docked on Lake Union for events. Events on Emerson opened in 2016 as a place where people can come and celebrate important (and sometimes just for fun) occasions. Originally built in 1906, the building was the home of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church until 1991 (when the congregation merged with St. Andrew's in Aberdeen). Today, it is owned by Emily and Steven Puvogel, who operate the venue as a passion project where we enjoy helping people host all manner of events, including weddings, birthday parties, celebrations of life, concerts, baby showers, fundraisers, trainings, and meetings. When you book your event here, you will get a beautiful setting and personal service, at an incredibly reasonable price.
