The event manager was incredibly responsive and flexible, catering to any last minute changes with ease to ensure our day went off without a hitch. The venue itself provided an intimate, inclusive atmosphere that felt perfectly accommodating for our wedding. The optional onsite lodging was perfect for our bridal party, out-of-town friends and family, and allowed everyone to fully enjoy the celebration. Attean Lake Lodge was the perfect venue for our wedding! Josie was always responsive, reasonable and kind throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is a gorgeous, magical private oasis with spectacular views, charm and ambiance - all at an amazing price. Josie was super flexible and really allowed us to execute our day however we wanted, from hand picking the menu to assisting all of our guests with their bags and even making extra late night trips to pick up late arrivals. The entire staff at Attean were a complete joy to work with. Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true! The cabins are comfortable with stunning views, the food was out of this world, and we felt so welcome and comfortable as a queer couple. We wouldn't change a thing about our experience at Attean Lake Lodge.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Everlee but we will try! From the moment we first toured this stunning new venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The barn and pavilion are absolutely breathtaking, with every detail thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor ceremony space gave us the most magical backdrop for our day. One of the things that mattered most to us was having a truly private setting, and The Everlee delivered that perfectly. After touring several venues that felt like we would be on display, it was such a gift to find a place that felt peaceful, secluded, and completely ours for the day - it felt like home as cliché as it sounds. What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was Andee. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Her planning and organizational skills are unmatched—she thought of every little detail before we even knew to ask. Even our families, bridal party, and guests had nothing but amazing things to say about Andee. Beyond her professionalism, Andee is genuinely kind, supportive, and calming, which made the entire planning process so smooth and enjoyable. On our wedding day, we were able to be fully present because we knew we were in the best hands. Choosing the Red Barn for our wedding venue was the best decision we made!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff and on-site coordinators are absolutely incredible, and everything was so seamless from beginning to end, from the planning stages to the wedding day. Our venue coordinator Emily was a dream—she was so easy to work with and made the process a breeze: After we booked all our vendors ourselves and planned all our details, we met with Emily multiple times to talk about the day-of, and she was there on-site to make sure everything went smoothly (including setting up our decor, cuing the music and recessional/processional for our ceremony, keeping the timeline on track, and handling everything else that came up during the wedding day). Our day was absolutely perfect! She’s a superstar! For the venue itself, we can’t recommend it enough. The reception space is stunning, the foyer area for cocktail hour was perfect, and there’s a bridal suite for the bride/groom and bridal party. Staying at their sister property, the Stage House Inn gave us access to a shuttle service to and from the inn to the venue, which made the wedding day so easy (and the hotel is great!) We didn’t use the outdoor spaces as much because we got married in December, but we took some photos and the golf course and brick architecture were perfect backdrops. Overall, we really cannot recommend the Red Barn enough. From the absolutely amazing, friendly and welcoming staff (from the sales team to coordinators to catering and bar staff) to every single detail, we’re so happy with our wedding! If you’re considering booking the Red Barn, do it!

The venue offers plenty of historical charm and Maine-style hospitality. The Stage House Inn specializes in hosting private events. These include micro weddings (for up to 70 guests), showers, corporate events, holiday parties, baptism celebrations, funeral receptions, celebrations of life, and other events for 25-150 guests. Since the late 1700s, the structure that now houses Stage House Inn and Dufour has served many purposes. From a private residence, it soon became a stagecoach stop where visitors would stop to eat and lodge at Frost Tavern. Following that, it was Paul’s Hotel, and eventually also served as a boarding house. Then, for nearly 70 years it was a convent run by the Sisters of St. Joseph Order. It was also a christian school. We had our wedding at the Castle in the Clouds this past October, and oh my goodness they did not disappoint. First off, those views are incredible!! Everybody was commenting on how this was the most beautiful wedding venue they’ve ever been to! (You’ll also get some wonderful sunset and golden hour photos!) Second, the staff there is amazing!! From the wedding coordinators to the set up crews and staff that helps your wedding day go smoothly, they were all absolutely amazing! I was a little worried that all of the little details wouldn’t work out, but the Castle staff made everything happen and then some!! They exceeded my expectations and I’m so impressed!! If you can, please get married here!!! It will be the best decision you’ll ever make!

I looked into countless wedding venues all across New England, but when my then-fiancé and I arrived at Scotland Fields for our venue tour, I immediately knew that it was the place we needed to host our wedding weekend. That gut feeling that this was somewhere really special never wore off, and I know that all of our guests felt that same feeling throughout the entire weekend. We also don't have enough positive things to say about the Scotland Fields team. My husband and I had a very specific vision about how we wanted our weekend to come together, and the team was nothing but accommodating to allow us to create the weekend that we envisioned. They were responsive when we had questions, helpful when we needed recommendations and guidance, and prompt to resolve anything that came up throughout the weekend (not that there was much of anything to resolve!!). We could not recommend this venue more highly, and will forever be grateful for the weekend that Scotland Fields allowed us to curate!

Growing up in Kennebunkport we had high expectations for our wedding at The Colony. Of course, the venue speaks for itself as the perfect backdrop for any wedding. No one will question that The Colony offers the best grounds and views for a wedding held in Kennebunkport. Our wedding was 130 people and the lawn (ceremony), front porch (cocktail hour), and ballroom (reception) were all great spaces for our guests. Our wedding day far exceeded our expectations and was truly a magical day for us, our family, and our friends. What truly set this experience apart was our wedding coordinator, Nicole. Her dedication, creativity, and organization made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was tailored to our vision. On the big day, we felt well prepared, and Nicole orchestrated everything flawlessly, allowing us to focus on enjoying each moment without any stress. We cannot thank her enough for the work put in to making the day perfect! Also of note, the food and drinks were exceptional, and we still have friends and family raving about the meal several months after the event (we went with the buffet option). We will happily recommend The Colony to anyone looking to have their special day in southern Maine!

Beech Ridge Barn is a magical wedding venue in rural Maine. The team went above and beyond to create an amazing August day. The tall purple flowers as a backdrop for the ceremony were breathtaking that day. The wooden bridge over the pond is perfect for photos. We used hanging greenery from the barn rafters, and the flowing white curtains draped from the barn roof added elegance The fairy lights throughout the barn created a touch of magic. We were so impressed by the level of detail and care they put into making our wedding day feel like a dream come true. Choosing Autumn Lane Estate was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! Having the entire weekend to celebrate made everything feel so relaxed and special, and it turned our wedding into a full experience rather than just a single day. Mackenzie, Nicole, and Dan were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their attention to detail and organization made the planning process seamless. The day-of coordination allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without a single worry. The entire Autumn Lane Estate team was amazing. The venue itself is perfect. Having both the tent and the barn was great. Two separate spaces to eat and dance made transitioning to the dance floor easy and once the music started, no one wanted to sit down again! The cottages and cabins were another huge highlight. Having our family and friends stay on-site made it feel like a vacation getaway. Mackenzie and Dan have poured their hearts into this venue, and you can feel it in every detail. They genuinely want your weekend to be the best weekend ever. We can’t recommend Autumn Lane Estate enough. They are the best!

My husband and I got married at the Barn on the Pemi on 5/31/24, which works closely with the Common Man Inn & Spa. We had our room block, rehearsal dinner, and after party at the Inn, but I'm here to rave about our experience with the Spa! After booking our venue, I spoke to the Inn about any accommodations or recommendations they might have for somewhere for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready the morning of the wedding. They actually have what they affectionately call the "Getting Ready Room," which can be reserved ahead of time. I saw some pictures, saw that the room had some nice natural light, floor to ceiling mirrors and salon chairs, so I figured it was our best bet. Come wedding week and I went down to the spa with my bridesmaid to see the room and the pictures definitely did not do it justice! The room is large with a sitting area with a couch, table and chairs in the middle and salon-style chairs and mirrors around the perimeter. Our hair and makeup stylists were THRILLED with the setup, since they are used to cramped, poorly-lit hotel rooms for wedding prep! I will let the pictures speak for themselves, but want to add one more thing. The night before the wedding, one of my nails (done at a salon back home) broke and popped off - nightmare! I kept the broken piece and brought it to the Spa the morning of the wedding to see if they could help. The Spa staff went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked perfect. One of their nail techs sat in front of my while I was having my makeup done, glued the nail piece back on, and put a top layer of the. white french tip and clear coat shellac over all of my nails to make sure they all looked the same. I would highly recommend the Spa Getting Ready Room for the morning of your wedding - the space and the staff are fantastic!

My now husband and I had an amazing experience at Stonebridge! The venue is beautiful and Halley was wonderful. Very friendly, wicked quick with communication, and super thoughtful. She help me pick out colors and center pieces (which were perfect!) , that was really helpful and took all that stress off me. We had a pretty small wedding, about 20 people, and everyone had an amazing time. The staff was very professional and friendly. The chef was helpful and understanding of a couple of our picky eaters, both him and Halley worked with us to make sure everyone had something to eat that they like. Speaking of food, the food was awesome, even my husbands Italian grandfather loved it! I wouldn't have changed anything about that day 10/10 would recommend.

Manchester country club was the perfect venue for us. I can't think of a single con for the venue. Everything was amazing. There are so many pretty areas and it's separated from the rest of the country club and there is only one wedding per day so it feels very private. We got married on the balcony which was gorgeous. All the food was really, really good. The drinks were really good. My signature drink was a mojito and it was a perfect mojito. Both Kim and Fallon were pros and very easy to work with and incredibly helpful. In my opinion the biggest separator between this venue and other venues we looked at was the bridal suite. We got access to the bridal suite at 9am and the bridal suite is a room that was made to be a bridal suite. It's got a sitting area, a makeup and hair counter and chairs, an area with 3 walls of mirrors, and a private bathroom. The mirror area made really nice getting ready photos. My bridesmaids and I spent hours getting ready and it was so nice just to show up in the morning, have the hair and makeup team come to the venue and just be at the venue for the rest of the day and not have to worry about changing locations. We also were free to take photos before the ceremony so a couple hours before the ceremony we took our first look, wedding party, and close family members photos. We spent the first 20 minutes of the cocktail hour getting the remaining photos and then enjoyed our own cocktail hour. We looked at other venues where you were not allowed at the venue until as little as 90 minutes before your ceremony and that was not for us. My goal for the wedding was to minimize stress and be able to enjoy everything about the day and Manchester Country Club was great for that. Everything was easy. There were zero surprises with the bill and zero hidden fees. Considering how good the food, bar, and overall experience was, I was very happy with the prices. Our guests loved the venue too. Just an amazing venue. This was the second to last venue we toured, out of a list of six we wanted to see in person, and by the end of the tour I knew this was our venue.
