The Palazzo is a spacious, 8,000 square foot reception hall in Botkins, Ohio. The open floor plan allows for all guests to gather in the same room. The large, hardwood dance floor is visible from every guest seat in the facility. The bride and groom will be the center of attention as they are seated at the head table. During the dinner portion of the evening, the bridal party is seated on the dance floor. The outdoor patio allows for additional space to serve guests dinner for larger weddings or serves as an additional space for guests to mingle. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

For many years, the space was also home to a former banquet hall, according to The GEM owners, husband and wife, Dave and Erika Krites of Centerville.

Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

In addition to our outdoor ceremony sites and indoor reception venues we offer weddings and receptions under a tent on our beautiful lawn near the Education Center! We can offer tents to accommodate up to 200 guests. Our beautiful park also offers smaller venues for more intimate affairs! We are booking dates through 2024.
