“Loaded By Nisha was absolutely amazing and undescribable. The communication from Chef Nisha and her team was communicative, descriptive and informative from start to finish. On our special day, they made themselves readily available and took care of all of our food needs with care and precision. The chef and her staff came in, set up, and made some of the most memorable and delicious food we have ever had. Nisha's energy is something you would love to have at a wedding after everything is done - you can truly taste the love in the food. We were blown away by the quality of their work and the value they provided. We cannot recommend Loaded By Nisha enough for your wedding or event.”

“Culinary Concepts catered an amazing brunch the day after our wedding in my mother-in-law’s home. They arrived on time and set up a beverage bar and beautiful buffet and were ready when our guests began to arrive. All of the food was delicious, but the Cinnamon French Toast Bread Pudding was the talk of the party. I asked for the recipe and owner/chef Wendy was happy to share it. I would recommend their services to anyone, for any type of party!”

The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. On our wedding day, she was the one vendor who was fully calm, centered, and confident, an incredibly grounding presence for everyone. We had six meals with her, from the welcome dinner to brunches, reception, and an unforgettable late-night spread. She handled everything; shopping, cooking, cleanup and made us feel deeply cared for as a family during our long wedding weekend on Figure Eight Island, NC. Aside from cooking, which she obviously loves, she said her favorite part of her business is helping people make the most of their time together, and that was absolutely true for us.
