I’m not sure where to begin with how amazing my experience was with Laken and her team. I guess I’ll start by saying, our perfect wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without Laken and her team. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my husband and I. The food was homemade, and delicious. We had a weekend wedding, and she catered the dinner for Friday, breakfast for Saturday, dinner for Saturday and breakfast for Sunday too. She was also my wedding planner, so she found me my perfect venue, and worked hard to make sure everything went perfectly with the venue, and made sure to provide them with all the necessary permits and paperwork they needed. She met with us multiple times to do table mock ups and to go over food choices and preferences. Her attention to detail is top notch. She was sure to ask about food allergies and sensitivities. She even made sure we had eggless pasta on hand for our little niece we had at our wedding that has an egg sensitivity! She not only made our wedding beautiful and perfect, but her excellent cooking really just made everything so much more wonderful. What started out as a simple phone call looking for a caterer lead me to an amazing all in one package, where she was my excellent wedding planner, my caterer and our bartending service. After months and months working with Laken almost daily, my husband and I now consider her and her fiancé good friends. If all that I just said above wasn’t clear, my simple message is this: if you want good food and good service with an amazing staff that will make sure everything is perfect for you, call Laken, she really can do it all, and she does a GREAT job. 😊
