We are a BBQ company that specializes in bringing you that true top notch competition style bbq to you. I have been in the industry for over 25 years and I am still a working chef that has been a chef for top companies such as Hilton and Hyatt hotels.

What truly separates our family from the rest is that we actually listen and hear what you actually want. We also bring the gourmet into and or out of our competition style bbq. We strive to do what's best for you and your guest on your extremely special day.
